Did my interview go well based on what I said below?
I had an interview with IBM for my final round with the senior solutions manager. First he mentioned about himself, the role, IBM s business model. He then asked only four questions like tell me about yourself, two behavioral questions and about my experience in basic Java scripting on forms . The interview was suppose to be half hour but after my interviewer asking me questions it lasted only fifteen mins. However when it was time to ask him questions when I asked him based on our conversation is there any concerns you want to address to me and he said nothing really.

If this was a screening interview not with the hiring manager or a potential team member, then that's fine. They have standard questions and will recommend (or not) for you to move onto the real interview with the hiring manager.
As a hiring manager, I've never interviewed someone for only 15 minutes which I wanted to move forward with. Typically, I'm rushed at the end and deciding on whether I can run long or not. I'd be less than impressed if your only questions to me were along the lines of 'are there any concerns'. They should be about the role or type of work. A good question is always, "If I were to get the job and start next week, where could I step in and help you or the team immediately." That says you're ready to hit the ground running, are focused on the team, and gives him the ability to tell you what his biggest needs are. (It's also a little bit of kissing up without really kissing up.)

I don't think the interview went well. You should continue looking for a job and if I'm wrong, you will know soon enough.
"I asked him based on our conversation is there any concerns you want to address to me "
please don't ask the interviewer to find concerns during an interview. You just gave them a reason to look for concerns.

IBM is still around? I thought that old clunker went out of business.
How would we know if your interview went well or not?
