I used to work out to an Army Podcast and they had a specific name for this kind of running. You start out jogging, then run for a solid 30 seconds or so, then go back to jogging for 30 seconds. There's a few names for it, but I'm looking for the one they used in the podcast.

I saw this really pretty metal box at my friend's house but she doesn't know anything about it. It's got Chinese engravings on the side and a maze-like pattern on the top. It opens to have three layers. What is it?

I recently was given a Toshiba laptop with Windows 8. I like the system but every once in a while, I'll lose internet connection. Chrome will give me some screen about deselecting the Proxy under LAN settings, but I'm not using one so that's already deselected. After I've messed with the Proxy settings, I'll restart the computer but it takes a really long time to shut down, then gives me a blue screen with an error that says to look up Driver Power State Failure on the internet to find my problem. It restarts the whole thing again, this time faster, and when it starts back up, there are no internet connections available. I restart it for a third time and it usually picks up after that.

I'd like to fix this problem but I'm really not very good with computers, so I need any help given to be given in the simplest language possible, please. Thanks so much!

My room's a mess. I'm a teenager so I have a lot of homework and spend a lot of time in my room. I would love to organize and turn it into a bit of an art studio, but I can't do that until it's clean so if you have any tips on how to get there, please comment!

Hey guys, I'm looking at a Yashica Electro 35 I found in my garage. It still seems to be in pretty good condition but I'm not sure as I don't know too much about cameras. I opened the film door and it's all good there. I'm most worried about the shutter. How do I tell if it's okay? Also, the battery leaked a bit but I think I managed to clean the majority of the battery acid off. Is that going to hurt it too much? It really wasn't that much.

Everything is plugged in, it has new ink, it's worked pretty recently. The problem is, every time I try and print something, it waits about a day to actually print it off. The light is on so I know it's working as far as power. There's plenty of paper. All the basics are covered. Any help?

I Just want to know the basics of what I need to memorize before getting in, how to get that info, what part of marine corp history to memorize, the physical requirements, steps to getting in, enlisted or officer. That kind of stuff. The person with the most support, most info, and most help gets best answer.
