I have plastic tooth picks?? doesnt seem like a good idea but I have to ask....

I just found out I'm pregnant so I'm no where near finding out for sure...but I love hearing all the wive's tales and I wanted to have fun and make a poll of it while we wait to find out for sure.

I was hoping to hear from yous who heard a tale, tested it and it turned true or false for you.

I have an older style Orion TV that only has the cable hook up in the back. There is no hook up for the audio video cords and I'm wondering how I get my DVD player to work.

I tried hooking the cable to a cable box from previous home and then hooking DVD player to to it but still no picture or sound?

This is happening in my home...

The A/C definitly works and when I turn the thermostat to AUTO or just HEAT , I hear it running and there is cold air coming out of vents. I let it run for a bit to see what would happen and it just kept running and cooled the house down to 66 degrees from 71 degrees. Hot air comes from the vents and a definite smell of heater happens if I put it on EMHEAT but I don't know what that means and it doesn't heat very well. ??? I'm hoping to get a few friendly suggestions from someone who is AC/HEATER savy.

I have a 2003 Chevy Venture (WB edition)

The 'service engine soon' light came on and my van immediately became slugish, idles really rough and souds terrible! I stopped at autozone, the diagnostic said...... 'something' 4 miss fire. He suggested I replace the spark plug-4 and wire. I replaced the spark plug (it looked okay though)

and the wire is good (it sparks) . Never fixed it, the problems got worse. My van now stalls out and I have to pump the gas to start it.

I treated it 5 times with Fuel Injector cleaner...no help. So yesterday I replaced the Fuel Injector (old one looked okay) and still idles rough...hasn't stalled yet but I haven't driven it much yet either. Oh and my friend's hubby knows a little bit about vehicles I guess and he says it sounds like it is miss firing...something electrical not mechanical, if that helps? I really just have no idea what to do...

Please help, what else can I do? I'm trying to avoid paying $80 to have some one run a different diagnostic test then turn around and tell me it's going to be hundreds of dollars to fix : /

I can't afford it and I've googled like crazy. I'm trying to fix this myself and it's NOT EASY so I don't want to keep guessing, I'm honestly learning as I go and I hate the grease on my hands, lol.

I just bought an used Dynasty DB30F grill. I did not know that it was a Natural Gas grill. Is there any way I can convert it to Propane?

I was arrested for Domestic Battery (neighbors called and they had to arrest one of us..it was me) My husband is totally on my side. Anyways...

When I was released from jail the Judge ordered that I report to Pre Trial Supervison/Probation once a week until my court date 12/16. Now he did say 'No Alcohol' but my paperwork does not state that I have to submit to 'Random Urinalysis' . My officer this morning made me take a 'Full Baseline Urinalysis' which is testing for everything (alcohol too?..i dont know? do you?)

I'm nervous because well...I have THC in my system (that's it though!) no alcohol, nothing.

Please help me I'm 23, never been in trouble before and I stupidly allowed my cousin to talk me into smoking at a party before I was even put on this Supervision.
