I was wondering if a person comes to my house with the intent to fight or to harm me physically and I end up beating that person.. let's call her Jane.. If I end up harming her instead is there anyway she can press charges on me? Jane can't right because she went to MY home? Correct? She never made it inside this all "happened" allegedly... in my drive-way...

Okay! So I ugh, met this group of amazing guys all one night when my best friend had set me up on a blind date. She and I went on a double date, it was me and my blind date, her and one of her old high school friends... I met all of their friends the same night i met my date and my friend's date... I thought one particular guy was good looking and I also thought my friend's date was better looking than mine... We ended up getting away from the guys and started our date.. towards the end of the night my friend and I end up switching dates (haha) everyone was cool with it. Anyway me and my friend's date (now my guy) ended up dating over a month.. we recently broke up and through that month I ended up developing feelings for one of his friends.. I'm not sure what to do.. I used to cook for all of them and me and that guy even celebrated our birthdays together... He really interests me but I'm not sure if he'd wanna see if things would happened between us because I dated one of his friends. I wouldn't want to ruin a friendship but that guy is really awesome... What should I do?

I'm four weeks pregnant, this is my first pregnancy *happy dance*!

Anyhoo, I'm already feeling nauseous! I get to sick to my stomach really easily and it's effecting my diet. I want to have a good nutritional diet for my little one but it's hard. For example, yesterday I burned a grilled cheese, like it was coal black, I ended up inhaling that one and threw away the second one I made :(, I've never done that before. Today I was craving a salad and three bites into it, it made me sick. I'm not sure what I can do about my diet if eating the "good" food makes me sick. Also, I got really dizzy yesterday and knocked over my couch.. is that normal? Sorry for all the questions I live alone! And I'm a little scared and nervous, I want to do the best! And my doc appt isn't until next week :/

Me and the guy I've been seeing have been dating for a month now. And I think I'm in love, but I'm scared that it's too soon. I've only been in love once before and I don't know how to function. We've been inseparable, I've stayed over, cooked, we've exchanged intimate details I know him and he knows me. We've gotten to the point where when I annoy him he smiles right after. I can't stop thinking about him I really think I love him. I'm not sure how to hold it in until he says it first because I will not scare him away.

Everyone I have ever met in my 17 years has always looked at me funny when I pronounce my name should I be offended because I really love my name.

Okay, when I was 12 I had a HUGE crush on this guy (he is related to one of my cousin's but me and the guy aren't related) I know it's weird but me and that guy are NOT related. Okay I haven't seen that guy (let's call him J) since I was 12 well today I went to my great-aunt's funeral and he was there. I am now 17, and look very different than the last time i saw him. I thought I had gotten over my crush but since I saw him today I cannot stop thinking about him I don't know what to do. He does not live in town anymore and I have no way to talk to him. And I didn't talk to him because the last time we talked he hurt my feelings I need advice! Thanks!

Okay so my BEST friend is having a pool party tonight.I knew nothing about until my cousin called and said my "best" friend wanted me there. I was excited about it first but when I found out that the party was going on when my cousin called i was a little put out. I think it is messed up that my "best" friend wouldn't call me earlier so I could get ready. She knows I don't swim and don't have a swimsuit.. I declined the invitation and I am just going to finish reading one of my many books. Am i acting like a sulking child or do i have a motive to be angry?
