Ok so our brains run on electricity so I am told right? When a thought happens it is a result of tiny neuro emitters sending electrical signals around our brains which in turn trigger movements, memories, emotions etc.... So imagine if it were possible to link two brains via a cable so that these electrical pulses can cross over between brains. Does that mean we could share our thoughts? Would I be able to access another persons memories? Could I make someone pick their nose? I can see massive benefits to this. Police interviews would be a lot shorter! Boy friends and girlfriends would have a totally reliable checking system on each others loyalty and ideas could be downloaded and stored in external brain drives. So am I being completely silly or do you think this could be possible?

There is a family of cute slugs who frequent my kitchen floor at night. They seem to tidy up a lot of the left crumbs and things when we are getting ready to mop. They seem to have a routine, there is one big guy who always ends up in the same corner. There is a smaller one who is always not too far from him and there are usually a couple of baby ones running free from mum and dad. One day I went down at night and saw about ten of them. I had stiff words. I said..." oy you lot, I don't mind mr and mrs slug and their three kids but when you invite the neighbors and all of your in laws that's pure cheeky." After that night it went back to mum dad and the three babies. Are they intelligent? Also....where do they go during the day? and how do they know its night? We've generally got the light on anyways.

My friend found the body of his friend hanging after he committed suicide a few weeks ago. He says he is having serious problems sleeping because the image keeps popping into his mind. How can he deal with this? is it natural and will it get easier for him? does he need help? can anyone make any practical suggestions? He is a hardened Glaswegian and has a tendency to oppose the notion of councelling. ( not actauly so tough)

My abusers were a solicitor and an accountant who were a gay couple living together in a lavish lifestyle. I was an only child living with my mother in a slum. I was soooo well groomed that I actually believed I was lucky to be allowed into this wealthy lifestyle if I just did them these little favours. My mothers trust was totally abused because the main one " Uncle Paul" appeared to be supporting her by being a male role model in my life. They fed me money for cigarettes when my mother asked them to help me quit because I was stealing money. My mother wasn't very smart and so it all went under her radar. My whole childhood was spent arguing constantly with my mother because I had no respect for her due to the constant negative observations given to me by these men. To me my mother was stupid and didn't know me. But they did. My mother is dead now and I can not get this back. This enrages me beyond belief. I am presently attempting a civil case against hate remaining live paedophile who is certainly not making my life easy. I failed to bring a criminal prosecution due to a poor police investigation and a crown prosecution service frightened of expense. I honestly feel like dropping this whole damned legal process and doing personal revenge instead. But I know that's wrong. Isn't it? My question is, does the anger ever go?

I created a SWF file and want it to play on a handset that supports flash lite but it doesn't display. Why? how do I prepare a regular SWF file so that flash lite compatible devices can accept it properly? what is the difference if any between flash lite and regular flash?

Ok so i am thinking of purchasing one of the above. The Panasonics look like better Pop for your pound but... I am very concerned about this 600 hz stuff on the Panasonic. I suspect it is not actually the refresh rate as they are trying to insinuate. I have seen the 200hz samsung and in some cases the image is so good it almost seems like computer generated! If this is the case at 200hz then surely at 600 hz the image wil be overkill resulting in a high end game quality? am I missing something? is it really 600hz refresh rate or not? Also, what is actually better, LED or plasma? which will last longer? and I am also wondering which will be better dealing with heat resistance if i install on a wall over the fire place? Any help or advice is welcomed! thank you in advance!
