Are YOU the quiet one? At Sour Pizza Vista we have FIVE mobile homes for sale, but we need calm and quiet persons to reside in two of these homes. (The park used to be a 55 and older park and is still a very quiet place, even though some families are here.) Homes 501 and 509 (both doublewides) require owners of a calm and quiet demeanor. Particularly in the night hours between 8 pm and 7 am. The children next door recharge their batteries sleeping those hours.

If we can not find someone quiet to buy these homes, maybe we'll just let them stand empty.

So if you greet the morning sun with roar and flames from your motorbike or play long and loud guitar riffs late into the wee hours, we will be much more interested in showing you the other 3 homes at 1, 2, and 3. Arundo Donax is the science name.

Four of the six hinge screws go thru 1/2 inch of wood and then nothing but the air in the hollow to hold on to. They spin when tightened. The remaining two screws are really all that is holding the door to the hinges. Paid someone to hang the door a year or so back. Finally came loose this morning.

Tried the longest screws I have 3 ", but they touch nothing.

What procedure would you recommend to avoid replacing this door to a public room that gets lots of use?
