I want to buy my dad a tablet for fathers day because he travels for work now and is always stuck in hotel rooms. I was thinking just an Ipad so he can get the netflix app and some random sports and news apps. He doesn't need anything High-tech or hard to use. I don't know the difference between different tablets or even the difference between newer/older Ipads. I would like to spend less than $300.

Does anyone have any recommendations?

My boyfriend is getting his wisdom teeth out Thursday and I want to buy him Octodad so he'll have something to do. The problem is it's a downloadable game and I'm not actually able to go to his house and download it straight onto his ps4 because I'm in school a few hours away. Is there any way for me to pay for it and gift it to him?

I was assigned to be pro pageants, part of the debate will be asking the con side questions about why they dislike pageants / what is bad about them, but I can't think of any good questions. I wrote: El viaje era increíble, yo siempre recuerdo todos los lugares y las personas. Espero que yo viaje todo el mundo un día.

Is that correct?

I'm talking about a vacation I went on and I'm trying to say "The most important place we went was ..."

My sorority is going to be doing tie dye soon, and I was wondering if there's a way to block out certain sections on the shirt so I can do our symbol? I was thinking tape but I don't know if that would stick or if the dye would seep through it. Is there any way to keep certain sections white?

I've always been bad at chemistry and I'm not sure how to balance these decomposition equations:

Solid magnesium chlorate decomposes into solid magnesium chloride and oxygen gas

Mg(CLO3) --> MgCl2 + O2

Solid Lead (II) carbonate decomposes into solid lead (II) oxide and carbon dioxide gas

Pb(CO3) --> PbO + CO2

Solid Mercury (II) sulfide decomposes into liquid mercury and solid sulfur

HgS --> Hg + S

Solid Mercury (II) nitrate decomposes into solid mercury (II) oxide, nitrogen dioxide gas and oxygen gas

Hg(NO3) --> HgO + NO2 + O

I have a quiz on oxidation and reduction today and I'm so lost and confused on it. Basically we're going to get an equation and then have to label the Oxidation half reaction, reduction half reaction, oxidizing agent and reducing agent.

An Example I have is:

H2 + O2 -> H2O

Al + H3PO4 -> H2 + AlPO4

BaO + Al -> Al2O3 + Ba

If someone could explain some of all of these I would really appreciate it. Thank you!

I've been stuck on these questions forever I just don't know what to do.

1) Determine molarity of a solution that cointains 490 grams of sulfuric acid (H2SO4) dissolved in 1300 mL of water.

2) Determine the number of moles in KOH in 1 liter of a 2.5 M solution

3) Determine the number of grams of HNO3 in 1 liter of a 15.0 M Solution

The battery on my laptop is in pretty bad shape, it'll last about ten minutes when it's not plugged in, the laptop shuts down on me a lot when I'm not paying attention to if it's plugged in or not.

The problem I'm confused about is every time it shuts down on me it will sign me out of everything, facebook, yahoo, youtube. Not really a problem, more of an annoyance. Especially because I've forgotten the passwords to some of these sites.

So, how do I stop it from doing this? Is there an easy fix?

I bought this dress for valentines day weekend

And after waiting three weeks for it to ship I finally got it, and the sash in the middle is very tight. If it wasn't for that the dress would be able to zip fine.

The dress is polyester and spandex so I'm wondering if there's any way to stretch that or make it bigger somehow.

I'm going to Chicago for valentines day to see The Phantom of the Opera and go out to dinner with my boyfriend. The school I go to is in the middle of nowhere so I have to shop online. I need a cute, classy dress that is worthy of Chicago and all of those things.

I've already looked on Forever21 and websites like that, but I just do not like those dresses. They're all cutouts and seethrough and just a bit weird.

Are there any reasonably priced, classy clothing websites?

I enrolled into an intro to entrepreneurship course at my university. For our first project the professor handed everyone a $2 bill and told us that somehow within the next month we have to invest it or start a mini company with it and make a profit. Some examples from past students were taking out trash, cutting hair, cleaning rooms for money. The professor said he doesn't want anymore small ideas like that, he wants people to think on a larger scale.

I am not allowed to sell food or snacks.

At the beginning of the year I made some flowers out of plastic water bottles and painted them and put them on Christmas lights in my room, a bunch of people told me they wanted some too so I've been thinking about making and selling more, but they take a very long time and a lot of paint to make, so I think I would end up losing money.

Does anyone have any ideas on what to do?

I sleep in kind of weird positions and lately I've been woken up in the middle of the night because the muscle in one of my arms will be in a lot of pain. It's not twisted oddly or anything so I don't know where the pain is coming from, but it will hurt badly for about 10 min right when I wake up and then randomly throughout the day if I move my arm in a weird way.

Could it be a pulled muscle or something else?
