A drug (medicine) I used , used to last 72 hours, now all of a sudden it lasts me only about half of that?

What changed in my body

Before I go and make a fuss I want to see if I am not over reacting, If one of my messages is read, and the person has gone online several times after that and still haven't responded , do I have reason to be mad, and how do I approach her about it

I actually worded this question wrongly. Me and my fiance are very much in love, but I fear we enjoy each others company so much its like hanging out with a friend. I then refroze it , and plan to:

Cook it for DOUBLE the recommended time, and then microwave for three minutes.

I know it will taste horrible, but will it be relatively safe to eat?

So I fell asleep while browsing on my phone , and the next morning I had to think real hard for about 30 seconds to get (a little bit) of an idea what I did the previous evening?

Two days ago I woke up and it took me about 1 minute of thinking very hard to remember what happened last evening (no alcohol). I also now have back pain (feels like post exercise type pain in the middle upper back, and a little bit above my left hip. Problem is I have been working out (standard body weight workouts over the last week and do not know if it is that. Should I give it 2 or so days before seeing a doctor in case its just that? Oh and the headaches are very mild very short mostly on my forehead

A customer paid a hefty fee for a very urgentt international courier. It was busy and I forgot to hand her parcel to the driver, meaning its going to be late. I am renting a room from a lady, and in the house lives her brother and his wife too, whom I share the bathroom and kitchen with.They are not bad people, neither are they over friendly though, Every morning at 4:50 AM he goes to showers and clears his throat with the most vile loud disgusting manner imaginable, then I hear him spit ( on the shower floor i presume :( ).His wife also then turns the radio on at 5:00 o clock. I am not against early birds, but they wake up more than an hour before sunrise. As someone PAYING for rent, would it be rude / a bad idea to confront them and ask them to please respect my sleeping habits too(I only wake up an hour and 15 minutes later anyway?I'm scared I get chased out or make things awkward, but I feel too they are being disrespectful-maybe even unaware of this. I even sleep with ear plugs, but since his throat clearing is more like a 'scream' it wakes me up

Any idea what this could be. Had this for three days strange symptoms to go together
