I already know classes, inheritance, pointers, arrays, function/function template, while for loops / if statements, header files, etc and anything around that level. What else is there to learn on C++ besides external libraries like vectors, algorithm, etc.?

it seems i lost a couple important .dll files while turning off my laptop during a system restore that wasn't even half finished.... i can't even go on the internet to reinstall them. When i start up my computer i cant even get into the log on to account screen before the errors show up and the laptop reboots itself to follow the same process of errors and more rebooting.
