I've been driving in New Mexico since I was sixteen. I'm in my twenties now and I moved to OR. Due to a lack of experience and naivety, I let my license expire.

I studied and went to take the test. It was electronic, those machines. I did not like those because unlike paper you can't review your answers when you're done. Needless to say I failed. Not miserably! But I failed. I got very discouraged.

Now I need to take the test soon! I've been studying but nothing sticks and I've never been a good test taker. I'm not worried at all about the driving part, I'm very safe and good. It's just that I have terrible time with memorization.

What I want are some key laws and parts to study so I have less to memorize. And maybe some studying tips. I already am great with signs and colors and signals. I remember one part I had trouble with were some trick questions and something about spinning out of control (no matter how many times I look it up it won't stick, I learn better from doing rather than reading honestly but I don't have much of a choice here).

I recently moved and long story short, my bed its gone that I've had since I was a child. It was the only bed I've ever slept soundly on. It was super plush and squishy. My new roommates were kind enough to give me their spare mattress but it's hard and has springs. I wake up aching and sore and sick feeling. I also have terrible migraines that are triggered by this uncomfortable nightmare. I'm exhausted and I haven't been able to sleep. How can I make this bed more comfortable or at least tolerable to sleep on?

Please don't say something like tan or light brown. I want to know the actual coat color this would be called. My guess is champagne but I want to be sure.

The white part being a camise or underdress. Its mostly the overgown or surcoat (I think its called) that I'm not sure how to describe. Especially the i front laced part. Its mostly because I'm unsure what the parts of the dress are called so if you know that then that will help! I just want to give a good image of what the dress looks like to the reader. Been looking around googlefor dress parts but I haven't found this specific look described yet.

I want to ship some paintings as gifts and one that I've sold. I don't know how to safely and cheaply ship an acrylic painting. I already know putting plastic next to it might damage the painting...

So...how do you ship a small acrylic painting?

I'm moving in a month. The trip will take three days. I've never moved with my snake like that before and I was wondering what a good, safe way to transport him would be. I want to make this trip as calm and stress free as possible for my snake.

The snake is a ball python.

He is about 3 feet long.

His tank is pretty big (takes up the entire backseat of my car) so I'm not sure if he's going to stay in it through the whole trip or if I should put him in some kind of carrier.

I already have cat carriers taking up the back seat of my car so his tank wouldn't fit.

I was thinking of putting him in some kind of container, maybe a smaller aquarium that way he could fit in the car next to the cat carriers but I'm not totally sure.

I just got a phone call from my mom this morning. She told me her cat Oreo was just diagnosed with severe kidney failure and they want her to give her biweekly (twice a week) injections (this is a cat that does not like to hold still).

My question is this... are there any alternative ways to help this cat?

I have one cat. My boyfriend has two. And my future roomies (a couple) as a cat.

We all hope to be moving to Portland by next spring but there is one problem... We need to find an apartment (2 bedroom with hopefully 2 bath) or house to rent that will allow all the cats.

For the past few days I've been looking all over google and I haven't found very many places there that will allow more than 1-2 cats. They are all indoor and we keep them very clean.

Please don't give me a general website (I've already been through so many)

I don't live in OR, in fact I live almost on the opposite side of the country so I can't just go apartment hunting by foot.

Can I install Sims3 on more than one computer? I have it installed from the CD on my mac and my boyfriend and I were planning to also put it on our desktop once it arrives. But now my friend is playing that Sims Social facebook game and mentioned she would like to play the real game as well. I was thinking of letting her download Sims3 using my disk but if I can't install it on more than two computers I'd rather just save it for the desktop.

Bascially the question is... how many computers can I put Sims3 on with one disk?

Will she get to make her own profile (through EA) like I did or will she have to use mine?

I'm extremely angry with my boyfriend right now and I'm refusing to txt him even though he apologized.

(He apologizes a lot but rarely shows that he actually is sorry for his actions and continues doing the bad thing that he apologized for in the first place).

I've been sick for a while. He got me sick. Since yesterday I haven't been able to get out of bed much because I woke up with a migraine (I get them about once or twice a month but not usually two days in a row...standing up makes me feel dizzy and nauseous). Today after he woke up and got to play some PC games I asked for breakfast. He asked what I wanted. I told him I don't know but I need something otherwise I can't take my medicine. He refused to go into the kitchen and see what we had (I would have gone but because I've been sick I couldn't get up to do the laundry and I have no clothes left. There's no way I could get to the windows to shut the blinds before a neighbor saw me. They live VERY VERY close).

Hours went by with the same old story and finally I was so hungry and in pain I asked my roommate to cook for me. She gladly helped me out and by this time I was already mad. After I finished eating what she gave me I asked him why he couldn't do that? Long story short...he claims he didn't want to ASK her permission to use any food that may or may not be hers. This made me furious.

He is out right now and after he apologized I said I'm not going to talk to you anymore. So I haven't txted him at all. I had a moment where I thought maybe I was being too harsh on him but another where I'm thinking that maybe I'm not.

Do you think I'm being too harsh? If so how should I handle this anger and resentment I'm feeling right now?

If I'm not being harsh enough...what else can I do to make my point to him that he really let me down and that he needs to take my feelings and health seriously for once?

Please help me, my vet is closed and the ONLY emergency vet here is horrible (they always try to put down your pet after charging obscene amounts of money for "care").

My precious girl was completely fine and happy last night. When I came home today though I didn't notice anything until I took her and her cage mate out to play. She couldn't walk right and was leaning towards her left side. Her eyes are twitching like crazy. I put her in a tank away from the other rat (who is in a normal cage) in case she is sick and I'm giving her water and gruel made of cat food and hot water (tried to give her a treat but she couldn't grasp it). I don't know what else to do until I can go to my regular vet tomorrow...I don't have any idea what could be wrong. Right now she is sitting on her igloo and looks perfectly healthy and happy except for the eye twitching and when she walks. Her eyes and nose are clear....everything looks pretty normal otherwise.

Please...tell me what you think could be wrong and what other symptoms I should be looking for and what I can do to help her!

She pees on the bed, the floor an inch away from the litter box, and in the dish rack. Is she just stupid or is she sick? The other two cats are fine. I've tried every type of litter and spray. Nothing works. Please help. We're sick of the house smelling like cat pee. My roommate is so mad. I don't want to have to take her to the shelter because she's my cat and I love her but I don't know what to do with her any more.

I haven't flown on a plane in a couple years and I heard that to travel within the United States you have to have a passport if you're from New Mexico? I heard that doesn't apply on airplanes but it does for driving. So before I get to the airport and make an idiot out of myself, do I need to have a passport to fly from the state of New Mexico to Las Vegas Nevada?

We started in a relationship in high school (we're both 20 now) then broke up a few times and quickly got back together. A couple months ago we broke up again for what seemed like for good. We both did a lot of growing up and recently decided to give our relationship another shot. We both made horrible choices and mistakes in the past and our families are pretty sore.

My parents don't dislike HIM they just dislike the choices he made. And his whole family hates me, they aren't the forgiving type of people.

I'd like to know how I can tell my mom that we're back together without scaring her.

Also what do to about his family. Do you have any advice for him? I'm sure they're going to find out sooner or later and it'll be best if it comes from him I think.

I just got my ferret about a week and a half ago and he's been perfectly fine. An hour ago he was fine actually. I just checked on him cus he was dragging his butt around and he peed and I picked him up and saw his butt was all swollen. Doesn't look like bleeding or anything but I don't know what is going on or what to do. I need maybe a website that shows vets that treats ferrets (there's not many that treat small animals where I live) and maybe what I can do in the time while I try to locate a vet. I've never fed him cat food or anything. Should I put him in a luke warm bath? Should I get some cream or something for him? None of the respectable vets are open right now until monday and the emergency vet is very shady and they cost too much and don't treat small animals well.

If a person with male genitals identifies them self as female (woman born in a man's body) yet they are still attracted to females, does that make them homosexual, queer, gay, or a lesbian? Is there even a term for this?

And what if this person were to get a sex change? After the surgery, what are they identified as if they are still attracted to other women? Are they lesbians or what?

My fiance and I broke up two weeks ago. While I spent most of my time in confusion and agony and working on getting over him he was out on dates and partying.

We decided to remain friends but he started acting like a jerk so I told him no way was I going to have a friend that would treat me like dirt.

Then I got sick. He came over because he needed clothes he had left behind. I was really upset but he took care of me and gave me medicine and made sure I was ok. After a while when it was kicking in and I was starting to feel better we ended up having sex and I somehow agreed in the middle of it all to be his friend with benefits...

I really do love this man with all my heart and I would do ANYTHING to have him back. But this is just...this isn't like me at all. I tell myself not to do these things but when I'm around him I feel so intoxicated by him: the way he smells, the way he looks, his voice, everything...that I end up acting like an idiot. I don't know what to do anymore...

I called my vet earlier but they were too busy in surgery and she'll have to call me back later. Ok so my dog was on the patio and sitting on a chair. She jumped/fell off and started yelping. This was yesterday. I've kept her inside with water and food close by and she's been laying in her bed (still eating and everything) but now her ankle is swelling. What can I do to help ease it? I rubbed an ice cube on it earlier. She refuses to walk on it. Once I get my paycheck this friday she's going to the vet for sure. I just need to know how to help her feel better until then.

I really would like a dog in the future, preferably a chihuahua. I don't know a lot about the dog breed though.

Is there any advice you can give me about what I need for it? If a male is better than a female (by better I mean calmer), what training methods work, or just advice on them in general.

I live in Santa Fe and relating to my last question I need to find a vet that treats rats. Preferably one that won't over charge me for every examination. If there's a good vet in Albuquerque or Espanola that you can recommend please let me know right away.
