I've been working out an hour a day three days a week and I only lost 1 pound , I don't eat more than 3k calories, so not I want to try a good supplement to help me lose more than a pound a month

Ok . I hope I could explain. This right . I've working 7 days a week for three and half years now . I work from 10 at night until 6 in the morning and I'll sleep at 7 when I get home and wake up at 1 to take my wife to work and I'll stay home take care of my daughter and make something to eat for my wife when she comes back at 10 at night, she works fuor days a week . And I'll study for my online school which ganna start again in a week . But since two months ago . I start feeling super tired all the time and when I sleep I have nightmares every single day I ( Ex: someone is sitting me on fire or my wife is cheating on me or being attacked my a Wilde dog ) . But during the last two weeks I start seeing thing , I see people sitting next to me in the room and then disappear or someone is whispering in my ears or someone just walked next to me . And I always told myself it's because I'm tired and a lot of people told me it's because I've been working 7 days a week for too long ( it's actually illegal here in my state ) but I accept it because of my student loan and car payment rent and everything I need to take care of my family . But since I start seeing thing , I start asking myself if it's really my job or is there something wrong with me and I should seek help , it would be more than helpful if someone who's reading this post and been work 7 days a week like me would answer me and tell me their experience . Or anyone who knows anything relate to this.
