I work with a woman who makes my job stressful and infuriating. We started off well. We got along famously in the beginning. I quickly recognized escalating situations between her and other co-workers. I initially thought the problems had more to do with her wacky personality than anything else. As time progressed, I caught her making up policies that did not exist in order to exercise power on customers and sucking up to management (among many many other problems). I started to calmly and professionally address her tendency to make up policies and at that point, she started treating me differently. After much antagonistic and childish behavior, I finally went to management. Since then, she has lost all sanity. Her behavior has become CREEPY and troubling. I am no longer comfortable going to work.

I've spoken to management more than once now and I've become convinced that one of our top bosses now believes that I'm a bully. I'm not and I really wanted the situation to resolve without having to speak to management. At this point, I'm not sure what to do. I love my job, but the stress headaches are daily and I no longer trust management. What should I do?

Does anyone know where I could buy a wireless horn for my car? My horn no longer works in my 1995 Buick Century and I'm pretty sure the problem is in the wiring, not the horn itself. It would likely cost more to fix than it would be worth. I'm hoping to find a cheap, wireless option instead. Nothing fancy, just a horn I can put under the hood with a button inside. I'm hoping for a cheap and battery operated option like the musical horns (only a regular horn). Any ideas as to where I might acquire such an item? If anyone has any ideas for an alternative, I'd love to hear it.

My 1995 Buick Century shakes when I drive it. If I had a guess I'd say its coming from the front driver's side (left) tire area although I'm not sure of that. The tires look good and have air and I'm not knowledgeable enough (or strong enough) to remove anything to take a look for myself. I realize an educated guess as to the problems with my car is tough to make over the Internet, but I'd appreciate any ideas of what it could be.

What could it possibly be and how much would it likely cost me to fix?

Why wasn't Ted Kennedy charged with manslaughter in the 1969 death of Mary Jo Kopechne? Its my understanding that he drove his car into the water, swam to safety, and left her behind. He never reported the incident and she was discovered dead the next day. My question is, what happened in the investigation that prevented them from pressing charges? Also, assuming the story has been reported accurately over the years, why was he allowed to keep his Senate seat?

Does anyone know an alternative to Project Playlist that MySpace will still allow? They banned Project Playlist and I really do NOT like their MySpace music player at all. I want music on my page, but the official MySpace player sucks. Ideas?

I recently moved to the Silverdale / Bremerton area from Olympia and am looking to find a job or volunteer opportunity that I will actually enjoy. I am NOT MILITARY so on base volunteer options are not available to me. I simply don't know very many people in the area at this point and need to get out of the house and feel productive. I've been looking on Cragslist, Hot Jobs, etc. but am mostly finding telemarketing and nursing jobs, neither of which I would be interested in. JobVent.com hasn't caught on in the Bremerton area yet so it hasn't been helpful either. I really don't care how much money I would or wouldn't be making at this point as long as I enjoy my job. I would rather not have to commute to Seattle either. However, I would be willing to commute to Poulsbo which I love. I simply want to find a job or volunteer opportunity that gets me out of the house, makes me happy, and makes me feel like I'm contributing to my new community. If I find something I like, I am the type of employee that will stay forever.

Where should I start looking? Are there any non-profit job sites for the area? If I can't find a paying opportunity, where is a good place to volunteer?

Also, I have a Bachelor's Degree in Religion with a Minor in Communication from PLU.

Is it still legal to make a back up copy of a DVD from your own personal collection? If so, how? I tried Nero, but the DVD I was trying to back up had some sort of copyright protection on it. I want to do it for FREE. It simply doesn't make sense to pay the price of the DVD to back it up. I'm trying to make a copy so I don't have to dish out more money if the DVD gets scratched or broken. I'm NOT interested in buying a DVD recorder, I just want to make a back-up from my computer's DVD drive.

How do I stop calls to cell from scam car warranty company? I get calls from two numbers all the time on my cell phone. One starts with 562-289... and the other starts with 408-587... If you look them up online they are definitely spam calls. If you call the number back you just get a quick recording. I reported them to the FCC and tried to call the company that supplies their phone service without luck. I'm also on the Do Not Call registry. ATT Wireless won't let me block numbers either. What can I do to get rid of them!?!

What is the best site to find job reviews? I will be moving this coming Spring and I want to find a GOOD site that allows employees to rate their places of employment. My goal is to find a job I want to stay in for a while and I was hoping to see a few reviews of the companies represented in the area. I can find pretty good sites for restaurant reviews, professor reviews, etc, but not job reviews.

Are there any good FREE direct link MP3 sites still up and running? I'm looking for free Christmas music to add to the Project Playlist website. I have a playlist with them and want to add Christmas music, but they have little. They accept user submissions, but I can't find any sites with free MP3s to submit. Any ideas?

How can I make a link on my MySpace page to a Geocities site? MySpace seems to allow some sites to be linked to and not others. I have three links on my MySpace page that work using simple html, <A HREF="web address here">Name of Page</ a> (Without Spaces). However, I can't get MySpace to link to my Geocities site. It converts all addresses to msplinks as it is, but my Geocities links simply re-direct to the MySpace homepage.

There have been similar posting here on Yahoo! Answers, but the answer is always the following code which does not solve the problem. It only works for some sites and Geocities is not one of them. Thank you for your help.

Does anyone know how to override MySpace's block of GeoCities hosted backgrounds? I can still post Geocities hosted graphics, but MySpace no longer allows GeoCities hosted graphics to be used as backgrounds. MySpace also will not allow me to make hyper links that direct visitors to a GeoCities page. What is going on?

Why does Yahoo! Answers remove non-offensive content? I've had two questions removed recently without explanation. They were NOT duplicates nor did they have any offensive content. One of the questions asked where I could find a special I saw on TLC the other night and the other was regarding help with a problem I was having on MySpace. I have answers to both now, but I would like to know why Yahoo! Answers deleted my questions before I even had a chance to pick a "Best Answer."

What religious denomination do the Duggars and Juebs from TLC belong to? TLC is frequently showcasing families with many children, but they only hint towards religious ties. I would suspect they were Morman if I had a guess, but I just don't know. The Duggar women all dress plainly with long hair and dresses. The men also wear plain clothing. The Juebs seem a little more contemporary. Both families home school. Anyone know what their religious affiliations are? Just curious.

How do I stop the text in the "Interests" section from being linked on MySpace?!? For some reason all of the text entered in the "Interests" section (ie "Music," "Television," etc.) is linked. The link goes to a MySpace search. I really don't want it there. How do I fix it? Thank you for your help! :)
