So I have this guy friend that I've known since 7th grade. Last year, I discovered that I had feelings for him. I embarrassed myself by asking him "Don't you like me?" Well turns out, he sort of did, but he didn't want to risk our friendship because he thought we were too close. So that was awkward for a while, but I let it die. Well recently, I re-discovered those feelings. But this time, I'm trying to stand as far back as possible and let him make any moves if he wants to. I don't want to embarrass myself again, so I'm not saying anything to him about it. Well, I'm having reservations that I a. don't want to put myself out there just as a option and b. that I don't want to seem like I'm just flirting in the friend zone. I keep going back and forth about texting him first and talking to him. I have the attitude of what do I have to lose, but I also have the attitude that I don't want to humiliate myself again. I've already tried to decode the signs, I guess of what he thinks about me, but he sort of treats me the same. Then again, he always makes eye contact and smiles or makes funny faces at me. We brush arms or hands sometime, and there's not really anything happening there. The other day he mocked a friend of mine by massaging my back, but again, I don't want to take anything too seriously and misread the signs, AGAIN. If anyone knows how I feel, which I'm sure someone has to, please help me! I need some serious advice. This guy isl literally my dream guy! He's smart, attractive, tall(even though I'm 5'1), funny, respectful and I know him really well. Lately I've been, you know, daydreaming about the possibilities. I really should stop because all it's doing is getting my hopes up. I would love some advice, critical or helpful. I really don't want to miss my chance, but I really don't want to mess this up either.

i mean like, im a 15 year old girl. i hav a lot of friends, and im okay on my popularity status. but for some reason, all of my friends (girls) have like a TON of guy friends, and theyre all pretty popular. they go to the baseball games, and they flirt with guys aimlessly. and whenever they talk to guys i dont know, i just stand there awkwardly. I DONT KNOW HOW TO BE A GUYS FRIEND. and its not like im completely ugly, i mean i way 85 pounds, and im not anorexic, i cant help it. and my (girl) friends make looking "cool" look so easy, when i dont even know where to start.

any advice would be greatly appreciated. pleaseee? (:
