John Madden had predicted Jason Garrett as an NFL head coach for years. I just don't see it. His play calling can be cited as one of the reasons this year's Cowboys are struggling. (4th and 1 and Romo is throwing?)

I'm not a Cowboys fan, but wonder if he is still being considered as a replacement for Wade.

Sumerall and Madden held down the Monday Night Football booth incredibly well, for years.

Al Michaels and Madden worked well together. I realize MNF has changed networks, but why does ESPN insist on changing the format?

Haven't we learned from the Dennis Miller and Kornheiser failed experiments?

Every other NCAA and NFL game is adequately covered by a play by play and a color commentator.

Is MNF that much more complex of a game? I'm confused.

We live in Central OH and the way schools are funded by state is based almost solely on property tax. Every 2-4 years voters are faced with increases or loss of sports and school activities.

I wonder if this is unique situation, or does your child's district have the same problem/issues with funding...

Last season all through baseball playoffs they completely blasted us with promotions for this show. I wondered if the network cancelled the show, or if it's coming back @ New Year's, etc.

Did not know much about Gruden when he coached in Tampa Bay other than his tough looking "Chuckie" face. Now hearing him gush, blush and have man crushes on players and coaches, from the broadcast booth - it's hard to know what to make of this guy.

And I thought listening to Kornheiser last year was painful...

Am I the only parent who feels completely inept? Tried to help my son with his math last night and had to get on-line to look up "partial sums" and "partial difference subtraction." New requirements of the OH standardized test(s).

Helped him do some basic subtraction and his teacher marked it all wrong. Even though our answers 'are technically correct' she informed the class they need to use new math methods to solve. I'm wondering how I can be a help to my son, at all.

Are other parents out there finding it hard to help your children with basic homework?

Too young to remember...when Joe Theisman's leg was broken, did the NFL institute stricter "roughing the passer" penalties? Watching Colts/Titans last night, defenders could barely pressure Manning w/o drawing a 15 yard penalty.

Doesn't this alter the entire defensive scheme?

Are we watching a sissy-fied version of the NFL?

Someone turned me on to this show Monday @ 10 on A&E network.

For some reason I can't stop watching it. Is anyone else hooked on this show?

We have a 1 month old who started sneezing, having a little cough.

I've used the respirator to clear her nose, we've given her a bath with the soothing vapor bath. No fever, she's just congested. Is there something you've used that works on a child this young/small? Thanks for the help

John Locke orders Ben to kill Jacob. Jacob has this deity like presence and yet a couple of stabs to the chest and he's dying. Now instead of taking his body, to show all the follows that Locke is now their official unquestioned leader - Locke rolls his body into the fire.

Why destroy the only proof? People had wondered if Jacob actually existed, why not show them? Locke has such an ego, why not prove he is now the leader of the island?

Given in to a dozen friends telling me I "HAD" to watch this show. Wow....this is physically painful to watch. Doogie Howser is nothing more than an effiminite wanna-be-David-Spade. (see 'Rules of Engagement')

Thing is I like Seagel in his other projects, love Hannigan. But for some reason this cast/writing/chemistry just doesn't work.

There are so many properties in foreclosure here. Made me wonder what good it does to pay P.M.I. along with the mortgage. Doesn't P.M.I. pay the mortgate company, even if the borrower is unable to pay the full mortgage/note? Doesn't this insurance cover the amount of the loan? I'm confused as to why so many people are losing their homes and we have this mortgage crisis.

Starting our 16th week. She has tried sleeping on her side, sleeping with pillows between her knees, sleeping on back with legs propped on pillows. I feel the only way I can help her is to ask others and share their advice. Any ideas?
