I didn’t do hard exercise so I don’t understand why I’m aching today I only did 20 squats 20 curtsy lunges and a few crunches I can run for Miles and my muscles don’t ache but today they do I don’t normally squats or lunges I just wanted to try something new can I exercise today is it safe I mean will I tear my muscles

The first time it happened I was sleeping with my sister when I saw a dark hooded person standing at the end of my bed I thought I was seeing things so I closed my eyes and opened them again and there it was still standing there clear as day I got so scared I threw the blanket over head and started screaming for my sister she couldn't see anything and turned on the lights and it was gone the second time I saw it at the end of my bed again i closed my eyes and opened them it got closer I closed them and opened them again it got even closer then it started moving rapidly towards me I started screaming and turned on the lights and it was gone and the third time was last night i was asleep I felt really cold and I woke about to reach for the blanket and there it was face to face with me it's face was around 3 inches from my face i tried to scream but no sound was coming out so I started hitting my sister who was asleep next to me she again didnt see anything and turned on the lights im scared at night to be alone please help what could this be I never can see its face as it's always wearing like a hood and its too dark to make out a face this is a genuine question i need genuine answers please

A girl was stabbed 30 times and had 70 slashes on her body my sister knows the girl and was explaining that the air ambulance couldn’t land but there was an ambulance at the scene also but the girl needed to get to the nearest hospital which was 15 miles away so she could be brought by air ambulance to another hospital in the central London my sister said that because the ambulance van couldn’t go fast enough she was transported by a police car accompanied by a paramedic who went with her in the police car my mom said no this lies because there is life support in the ambulance van so they would have taken her in the van but we were explaining that she needed to get there ASAP that’s why the police car took her this is actually fact as there was a girl who found her and saw her get in the police car could this happen just want to prove to my mom

My GSD Cassidy won’t really let me groom her it’s a lot easier if I make a habit of taking her to the groomers but she doesn’t like strangers and try’s to bite them but if I put a muzzle on her will a groomer be willing to groom her I plan to go to a place called the groom room it’s inside of pets-at-home

My boy may be a pitbull 😩 my baby his name is nando I got him when he was 12 weeks old he was advertised as a Staffordshire bull terrier the man said his landlord wouldn’t let him keep him he’s growing much larger than a normal staffy I didn’t even notice till I saw one in the park today and Nando looks completely different he’s more bulky and has a bigger broader head he’s such a cheeky chappy and I love him so much what should I do I don’t want him put down I have 6 other dogs who also love Nando so much my dad said if he’s a pitbull I can’t keep him anymore I have him for 7 months now I don’t think I can ever part with him what should I do

Basically there was an armed robbery I called the police told them they had guns I was frantic on the phone I was waiting ages for the police the robbers had already left I looked outside the window and couldn’t believe my eyes there where around 5-6 police cars and a police van they where waiting outside for around half an hour I asked them why they said they where waiting for confirmation to enter because the robbers had guns I just imagine that if this happened in America the police would have stormed the property guns blazing and caught the robbers

Last night I got drunk with my freinds we where drinking malabu and captain morgans, I began crying uncontrollably and wouldn’t tell my freinds what was wrong I was crying so loud that everyone went home because I was underage and nobody wanted to take the blame for me getting drunk my freind ebony had to take me home she also had to sleep over because she was afraid I might start crying again and get us all caught out I don’t remember any of this my freinds told me the next day I woke up in a pool of my own vomit I told my mom It was something I ate nobody suspected anything lol I just want to know why do I cry when everyone else has a good time btw I’m 17

I’m 17 and I’m sure my parents hate me they keep going on holidays and leaving me behind they said the need a break from me if u loved your child why would you need a break from her they went to Dubai, Jerusalem, Las Vegas and much more They do take me on some holidays but only to crap places like France, Marbella, Belgium and once to Disney world in Orlando I’m not saying I hate those places but they take themselves to better places than they take me I mean why would a 46-50 years olds want to go to Dubai that’s for young people like me and another cruel thing my dad did was he knew I was dying for a pair of louboutins he came back with the bag from Harrods I felt so excited I thought he got me the shoes I wanted but no he handed to bag to my mom he went and got her the exact shoes I wanted the new wedged heeled louboutins why would a 46 year old woman want louboutins anyway! She’s too old

My neighbor moved out 2 weeks ago and left her 2 hampsters behind Russian dwarfs (I think) I was shocked when I saw the cage on the windowsill while walking past I checked the doors to see if they where open all locked I noticed the bathroom window was open so I had to climb up the wall and climb through and lower the cage down with rope There bedding is soaked needs changing but they attack me when I put my hand in and they aren’t afraid to lunge at me either I told me parents exactly where I got them and they said I can keep em even if I put my hand near the cage they lunge at me ps I’ve named them podge and rodge
