contract because I checked that we are involved in lawsuit on application (class action against builder of current home because of shotty work). My husband did not check it because he forgot about it since we haven't heard from the lawyer in quite awhile. This sounds like I am signing away all my rights and don't feel good about it. We have 2 kids and am worried if in the future we divorce, or he dies, or whatever I will be screwed. But we need to move very quickly. Any lenders out there who can give me advice?

My daughter is disabled and her twin brother is not but he needs to be dropped off at preschool first (different schools). Its a small private school and there is only 1 handicap parking space in the lot. I am having an issue with people without placards parking there or in the paint lined space next to it to drop off their kids which leaves me to struggle to get my daughter out of the car with very little room. I asked the school to put a note on the memo board about it but 2 weeks later there is no note and it is still happening. It is different people/cars each time so putting notes on cars would be difficult. Does the school have a legal responsibility to enforce the laws within their parking lot? If I have to I will call the police to enforce it but would rather try to be diplomatic about it first.

Are they anywhere in the public eye? I am curious to see what they look like now that they have grown up.

How do we fix it? The house is only 7 years old.

Possibly with hooks to a support beam in our house. Does anyone have any ideas on how to accomplish this? What type of hooks to hold a swing with weight up to 100 lbs? It is for a disabled 4 yr old but she will probably get several years of use out of it. Thanks!

Please supply wording from the law that covers this! I have a water delivery company that I get 5 gallon bottles from but every now and then they drop off these single use sport bottles and then bill me for it. The only way to stop it is to call them and have them pick it up, but my understanding is that if you didn't order it then its a gift. I think they are trying to scam people.
