My friends and I got in a debate one time. It was mainly my Hindu friend and my-Christian-self, against my two Muslim friends. I asked my Muslim friends if they would convert in order to marry the man they loved, and that man happened to be a strong dedicated Catholic, and they told me that if the man loved them enough, he would convert for them. But what if its the same situation for that man? Would they not love their partner enough to convert for them? Should it not be both ways?

My Muslim friends were putting their Faith above others, professing that if it were a Christian Man that HE would have to convert for them. For those of you who don't know; Muslim women are not allowed to marry non-Muslim men, and those men also have to be their respective branch of Muslim (Shia or Sunni).

So my question is: Would you convert to marry the person you loved? and Do you believe that both people should be equally willing to give up their beliefs if both are equally attached to their religion? What are your opinions on this?

Also, to Atheists: would you be willing to convert to a Religion for the person you loved? Or would you be on the same grounds as my Muslim friends?

People from all different Religions and beliefs are welcome to answer this question as I have a fair bit of knowledge on many Religions. Also: I am not against the Muslim religion and culture. I love Muslim people as much as I would love any type of Religious/Non Religious group.

I was baptised an Anglican Christian as a baby and I follow the Christian holidays. I believe in God and in Jesus and heaven and hell. I pray, I follow the main commandments. However, I don't go to church every Sunday because I cannot find the time. And there are also things about Christianity that I do not agree with. I don't believe that homosexuality is wrong, infant I am a strong supporter of the LGBT community. I also think rules around premarital sex are too strict and other rules about divorce. I also believe that religion is a theory, much like the Big Bang theory, and so I don't agree with the hardcore Religious who dedicate their entire lives to something that may not even be real. So my question is: Is Religion an 'All or Nothing' sort of situation where someone cannot sit on the fence in terms of their beliefs? In a way that I cannot be called a 'real Christian' or a Muslim with a tattoo cannot be a real Muslim? Can I still call myself a Christian, who believes in the main morals and beliefs that other Christians do despite the fact that I am opposed to some of their views?

This can be answered from people of all types of Religions and Beliefs because I am fairly knowledgeable of the rules and restrictions of many Religions.

My dad took my laptop without me knowing and thought my computer was corrupted when it wasnt (he doesnt know alot about computers) and he deleted all of my files off it; pictures, documents, music etc.

After he deleted this, he converted my computer to windows 8 when it was previously windows 7. I have checked every last file in my computer hoping that my data is there but it isnt. I checked the recycling bin and it was empty.

I heard that you can possibly recover data from your hard drive but I'm not sure how to do that. I also heard that if you reinstall windows 7, your files may be recovered but I haven't tried it because I'm scared I'm going to mess up my situation even further.

It is really important that I get these files back, they are every project from school, every song, every poem, all of my younger brother's baby pictures, and every picture I've ever had since I was a kid. I would rather have my computer break in the process of finding these files than have a blank computer without them.

If you know how to do this please share with me.

So there was this song that i was absolutely addicted to a couple years ago. But my phone got wiped of all its data and it was on my youtube favorites so i only recognized it by the picture. Now im trying to find it again but i almost cant remember anything about it.

I think it may have had something to do with war and the beginning was screamo and the first couple lines said something like "why cant we find another way" and it had this super orgasmic guitar solo. And the chorus was this guy singing, he had a good voice and it was about seeing someone on a battle field or something. And later in the song it went to like a soft version of it.

My period is really irrergular. I've had it for 3 years now, i know its still early, but its neber consistent. I write down the date that i got it and there was no pattern. It was just a random mess of dates. No consistent cycle. Its really inconvenient.

I also get really bad cramps and have to sometimes stay in bed.

I learned in health class that birth control helps with this stuff and as a bonus clears acne. Whatever the reason is, i want to start the pill.

What kinds are good for someone my age and how should i go about asking my mom? She is a bit up tight so it might take some convincing.

I am 15 now and it has gotten worse. I binge eat sometimes but since i am only around 100 pounds, it isnt apparent to anyone but myself who can see that i am gaining weight. i eat when i am sad and the sadder i am, the more i eat. I also get extremely angry too. It takes an effort to stop myself from smashing things.

I really want to tell my parents because it is getting out of hand i dont want to go on like this. How do i tell them or hint to them i am depressed?
