my son received a new rca easy rip mp3 player for his bday. The thing only worked for a week or so and then froze. It wouldn't turn on or function for anything. We tried to take it to walmart for a new one and the refund date expired seeing that is was a electronic. They then told us to send it back to RCA. I did this, asked for a new until and it's now been 7 weeks. Any suggestions????? I can't get ahold of anyone in customer service and my the website is horrible. No contact numbers what so ever.

I have received sexual harassing emails from a catholic priest, who was also my employer. He has admitted to what he has done and wrote me an apology letter. I don't think this is enough and spoke to two lawyers. Both suggested me writing the diocese a letter and tell them I am dissatisfied with the outcome. I have asked for the priest to attend counseling, take a refresher course on sexual harassment in the work place, and teach a class to young women on how to respect their bodies. I have also asked for a monetary compensation. Nothing has changed in this mans life since he has done this. Since the issue arose, my life has changed. I have changed jobs, changed my children's schooling to public and I can't even go to town with out thinking I will bump in to this slime ball. Any suggestions??? Anyone ever have this happen in the work place? What was your result?

I recently submitted a question asking what I should do about this catholic priest that I worked for who sent me inappropriate emails with sexual content. As suggested, I did report him to the diocese. Basically he received a hand slap and was sent back to work. He also had to write me an apology for his actions. Yes, I received the letter. After speaking to family and friends, they told me I should contact a lawyer. I am not satisfied with this outcome and he isn't going to stop being a creep. His is NO priest. He is a slime. I contacted an attorney and he advised me to write one more letter stating that I was not satisfied with the outcome. I no longer work there at the school, my children have been moved to another school and I can't even go in to town with out thinking I will bump in to him. I have lost sleep over this because I keep thinking I didn't do enough and that there could be other women or children being targeted by him. I no longer go to my church nor do I trust any priest. What am I suppose to ask for???? Money? How much? Since he has done this to me, my life has certainly changed, but nothing I am aware of has changed for him, he is still the priest there, still driving his stupid Porsche and Mercedes, still happy. No one knows about this in the parish....he is clear of everything. Please help, what do I ask for?

Our friends are currently 4 months behind on their mortgage. They have paid a lawyer $1600 to attempt to modify the mortgage and put a stop to the foreclosure process. So far, so good. They will go to the mortgage lender and look for errors or misrepresentation of the loan, and ask for the interest rate to be lowered. Has anyone gone through this before???? We are just wondering how long it will take....if the outcome will be what they are hoping for. The lawyer's goal is to get the loan payment reduced by 30% Any suggestions or input? * please don't judge, I don't want to hear it....everyone has a story to tell *

My very dear friend will be turning 50 next week and I don't know what to purchase for her? She enjoys gardening and spending time at her pond, she gambles, enjoys her wine but this is a milestone....I was leaning towards a tree....any suggestions?

I have known this man for a total of one year. After only 3 months of working for him, he starting sending me inappropriate emails with sexual content. I went to the principal my boss and she told me to just let it go because that is just how he is. Well, I think its creepy and it makes me feel uncomfortable. I have only known the man for about 3 months and he is going to send me these emails at work....gross. I forwarded these emails on to my mother and she was very angry and told me to ask him to stop immediately. I did. They have stopped. I rarely talk to this man on a personal level. He calls to check on the school office every now and then but really has nothing to do with the school. My children attend there ( we are leaving ) and I think this man is a sicko. Now that I have decided to leave because he is nuts and the school is not what I thought it would be.....I just don't feel right letting this go. Should I let the diocese know? These emails intailed naken women....isn't it his job to teach women and young girls to respect their bodies?????? yuck.

I am 34 and she is 38. She is miserable...selfish and always has been from the moment I can remember. I have no clue what makes her this way. She moved out of the house at 18 and since then, we have never had a close or healthy relationship. The only time she would ever get in touch with me is when she was arguing with one of her sister in laws. She moved her entire family to Canada and basically never looked back. She expects us to move mountains to attend all her kids activities when in return, she and her family will attend nothing in the states for my family, my father and so on. She sends hurtful emails and of course I retaliate when needed but have stopped responding and blocked her from everything on my computer. I miss her children but what am I suppose to do? I give 100% and she gives nothing. What makes it even worse is that our parents think that this is a pattern affect since my mother has no relationship with her sister. I know the reasoning behind that and it has nothing to do with me and my sister. Our differences are not the same. My sister doesn't even have the traits I look for in a friend...she is selfish, fake, dishonest, hurtful, insecure, she judges and ahhhhhh, she drives me nuts! I have 3 children that she has shown no interest in. Doesn't show up for bdays...holidays, and so on...it's disappointing. I have opened my home to her inlaws, attending as much as I possibly could for her kids...it's a pain in the *** to go over the bridge but I did it. Please advise........

I have searched for my current position for years. I work at my son's school were I get to work with kids, mentor them and still have a leadership roll. The principal however is a year older than me, young, very inexperienced when it comes to being professional, she talks down to all the teachers, yells at the head priest, complains every day that she hates her job and "this place" she is just so negative and a down right spoiled brat. Bad thing is, she and her mother have close ties to the Priest. He basically gave her the principals job after schooling only. Ahg...I can't take her anymore. Even the way she speaks to the parents on the phone, like she is on some high horse. She also has lost 13 families since she began working as principal. That means, the school has lost money. No one shows respect towards her and she is always bringing her life problems to work with her....using company email for personal reasons too. What do I do, leave another job????? I don't know how much longer I will be able to work with her with out saying something to put her in her place. Please help!
