feeling it

I have two friends that work in a big corporation. One of the Manager on Duty (which is below assistant manager) and he is much older and started sexually harassing one girl since November and said some things to another girl today. With the first one he does everything he can to touch her slap her ***, hug her longer than appropriate, etc etc. with the other one he gave a verbal warning to her for hurting her hand at work while doing her job. he then told her that if was to happen again there will be bigger problems. he also said that this is a daddy's warning cause she was too big to turn over his knee to slap her ***. all this was said in front of another manager on duty and all she did was laugh. this guy is also married and his wife works with him (personel manager). he has been warned many times not to continue and apparently it got so bad with another employee that im guessing she quit and he had to remove everyone off his fb. is there anything my friends can do that wont get them fired?? they are young and scared to report him (18 and 19)

Ive had my periods 3 times in the last 6 weeks. 2 regular periods and 1 light. Im always hungry. My friend thinks im pregnant but i dont think so since im fixed

I am helping a friend do an auction and benefit dance and need to know how to write a letter to companies asking for donations. I have looked all over the net and can't find anything suitable. I have posted all over facebook and kijiji. But now I need to do one for companies as well. Any ideas would be great thanks in advance

This is the second time I have had problems with him. He tells me the first time that my uniform smells like cat urine(which the first time it did cause we had a cat that sprayed). Well that was taken care of. Now that I just returned from maternity leave (only been back for 1 week) he's at it again. This time I know he's full of ****! And on top of that he told me I should wash on a regular basis. The only problem I have on this is there's no witnesses to what he said. It was just me and and him in his office. I can't afford to quit til I have another job lined up. Plus I might add I am his cleanest employee he has, but that's a different story all together. I think he wants me out but has no grounds to fire me.

I've looked everywhere online for a grant to build an addition onto an already existing house. We live with my F.I.L and there's not enough room, we live in Nova Scotia and would like to get going in March but there's no money. We don't qualify for loans so please do not suggest that. I've looked on CMCH or whatever its called and they only do loans.

I've charged my battery twice now(once before christmas) and now. Now it's been plugged in since yesterday but it will not go past 51% charged. It will not turn on when i unplug it either. When I have it plugged in i check the battery and it says 51% and not charging. wtf? ive called technical support and still waiting for them to call back. i wanted to take this with me when i went on vacation at christmas but it would not turn on, anyone know what to do? ugh its frustrating and totally useless if i cant use it unplugged

My father-in-law has some very old photos that are curled up almost touching ends and they are also very old(50+ years) and we would like to put them in a photo album but not sure how to flatten them without ruining them. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated as I'd like to do this for him before christmas thanks

My husband loves telling about his past and yesterday he told me something that was controversial to what he usually tells me. In the far away past he told me that he had a one night stand with a chick and got her knocked up. He told me they came home from the bar and he went to bed she followed him in and pinned him down on the bed and wouldn't let him up to get a condom (she knew she was ovulating) and that's how his oldest son was made (same with the other son supposedly). He's told me it this way for years, now yesterday he told me a different variation. He told me that he gave her his room and he slept on the couch (After the bar) and she came out and got herself on him and so he carried her to bed with her already attached. This came about cause we were talking about kids in general. Ugh it's just frustrating when he isn't straight forward with me, either about his past or now. Even now he lies. Like when we first got together he told me everything would be 50/50 and so far nothing has been, I have to do everything and it's getting frustrating. I confront him and he just says you're stressing me out. I'm thinking hello what are you doing to me?? ugh

My husband grew up in a single parent family (his dad raised him) and his dad is/was a con man and lied about everything. So obviously it went down to my husband. For 11 years now that's all my husband seem's to do. I just realized it within the last few years that's why I didn't notice it earlier. He doesn't lie about anything important but it pisses me off. And when I confront him it stresses him out. He wants me to trust him but how can I if everything that comes out of his mouth is a lie?

I have a gazelle and 5 pound weights. I do crunches but it doesn't seem like I'm losing any weight. I need to lose 77 pounds by next summer what else can I do? I also don't have any extra money to go to a gym or by the proper foods to eat

We are building a log house and was wondering what kind of wood is best for it?

I was thinking maybe pine but not sure. It would be used mostly for outside and then the pillars and frames that hold up the house. The inside will be done with drywall since it would need to be insulated. Thanks for the help

Eventually me and my husband would like to expand my father-in-law's house but the only thing is, is that there is a pond in the way. I think it's about 9 years old, it has fish in it and its about 4' - 4.5' deep. It is rock lined. We would like to expand the house probably to cover 65% of the pond to make it functional for our family. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

My husband wants to make a vegetable garden at his dad's(cause he has the room and we don't). Anyways his dad owns an animal refuge and the animals (mostly cats) are outside. And you can just imagine what has been done to the acreage. How is it possible to fix the soiled soil and have a vegetable garden and how can he protect it from the cats? He wants to make this garden this spring.

I'm helping my husband do his family tree and there is one member (or non-member) he wants to know about and should he add this person. In his family tree his youngest sister (which is half sister - same dad different mom) he needs to know if he is related to his half sister's older half sister. His half sister has the same mom with her half sister but different dad's would that make my husband and his half sister's half sister any relation to him? Thanks for the help:)

My husband is a poor grocery shopper. I try planning meals that are filling and good for the family ( we have 2 boys). Every time we go shopping we argue about what to get. Even though we make a grocery list he takes one item out of every recipe. Anyways I was wondering how I'd go about losing weight with the non nutritious food in my house? Or do I have to take over the shopping again and buy what I want?

my son is six years old and is a little chatterbox.which im fine with, the only time im not is when it is bedtime. ive tried everything i can think of to get him to quiet down and sleep but it doesn't seem to be working. ive tried warm baths before bed, ive tried warm milk before bed, ive tried no drinks at night. what else is there that i can try?
