My pom got all his shots last year and the year ends this September. My Banfield vet is asking me to pay another 160 for several vaccines. Can someone please tell me which vaccines are really necessary. I know rabies is important and required by law, but which other ones are a must have. My dog does not go to dog parks, and doesn't go to dog boarding and doesn't mingle with other dogs as much actually very rarely. I live in an duplex. Please let me know cos I don't know which ones are very important and which ones are optional and I know the vet will stress the importance of all of them cos he is in business.

I took my car to a mechanic and neede to replace brakes and drums. I fixed those and then was informed to fix the muffler as it had a small hole. I fixed that and then after 3 weeks it started idling. I would kick it and would crank and not pick. I took it back to the same guy charged me 60 bucks to diagnose and withing 2 minutes said the fuel pump is broken and would cost me $780 labor and part to fix. This car has not been giving me issues till I took it to them. What could have possibly happened? did they break something while fixing the muffler? i had been taking to another mechanic for 2 years and had no issue at all. It has 172k miles on it. I have owned it for 5 years.

Please shed some light if any of this fixes could have caused the fuel pump to break. I am so pissed off cos I have spent over $1200 with this mechanic within 4 months and still want more.

Please advise what could have caused this.

I have a neighbor who has 2 pit bulls and a golden retriever. I took my little 7lbs Pomeranian outside and the dog charged at us and chased us to our door that's when my little one turned around and barked like sorta to protect me...poor boy...

They are never on a leash while outside and don't have a fenced yard though someone is always outside with them. I was so terrified cos I thought what if my child was the one out there? This neighbors have a confederate flag in their garage where all can see, and are bikers. I am minority so i don't know how to approach them and ask them to leash their dogs while outside or fence their yard.

Please advise how to to about this as am afraid to go out with my dog.

I have a 2002 Camry 4 cylinder and has 190k miles and runs so smoothly and quiet as most of it is highway millage. I do service at a reputable toyota dealership and they adivsed me to do a transmission and coolant flush since I have never done it since I got the car at 30k miles. Another reputable toyota dealership said toyota does not recommend flushes but drains instead

So my question is should I do the flush or drain and what are the differences.

My car so far has no issue at all but am not sure what to do. The cost to me is ok

I have a 3rd grader and has had this friend since Kindergarten. They have the worst love-hate relationship. They are diff races and mine is minority. This other child treats mine so well when they are together playing either at my house or theirs but when they go to school its a whole new story. Don't want to talk or play with my child.

Today they played together at another friends house and the friend called my child a mutt and before had been called a hobo. We are better off than them so there is some jealousy. My child is so quiet down to earth and smart. Other parents tell me how kind and polite my child is. so I know is not causing any trouble.

My question is should I call the parent of this other child and let them know or should i just let it slide. I feel insults cross a certain line and cant deal with it at school as it happened at home.

My friend was driving on the interstate and the car lit up the brake and some other light on the car. Stopped at a good year and was told there was a part that had to be fixed and was charged over 400 and got back on the road again. The car failed to start after one day and on taking it to the dealer, was found that the part put was not compartible with the car.

On calling the repair shop, they said they will give the money back for part and labour but cant pay the damages caused on the car by the wrong part. The total cost will be 1000.00 to fix the damage including a dead battery, part and labour.

So my question is, should the repair shop pay for all the expenses that have to be made of should my friend pay?

I have a 2002 camry that feel like it needs shocks replaced. The guy at toyota service told me to change the wheel bearing on front passenger as its the one that makes it feel like it needs shocks and makes a loud noise when driving at 70mph.

So is this correct and do you think fixing the bearing will fix the other faults like I was told.

I have a 2002 toyota and has 155K miles on it. While driving I can feel every little bump on the road. I am wondering what do I need to repair, the shock absorbers or what is needed. I do tire rotation and balancing every 3k miles during oil change.

My friend wants to go to nursing school and is 100% sure that if she moves from Seattle area to Louisville KY she will be able to get in to nursing school much faster as they dont ask for prerequisites there. She only has CNA and that's it.

My question is, can you get into nursing school without any prerequisites especially anatomy? I have tried to tell her that can't happen but she doesn't believe me.

I have a 7 year old daughter and I always allow her to choose her school outfits. She chose an outfit that is not appropriate for the weather yesterday so I made her change and she was unhappy. This morning she chose a top that is short such that it shows her belly when she lifts her hands up. The pants that is too tight and when she bends it shows part of her bottom. I made her change the top and wear a long one and she was so unhappy she went to school crying.

Am wondering if I am being too strict or a bad mother when I ask her to change? I hate to see her go to school crying.

I went for oil change at toyota for my 2002 camry and they asked me to change the cabin air filter. They said it makes the car over heat and it cost me 45 bucks .

So is it true and if not cos I doubted the guy, what is the main use of the cabin air filter, and does it affect the car if not changed?

I ran out of monistat cream as am recovering from a yeast infection. can I use the hydrocortisone to relieve the itch

I bought store brand 3 day monistat as it was cheap and the first night I dropped one of the medicine on the floor so I threw it away and only used two. Its day 4 and still have the itch but no secretion. The cream is finished too.

Second question is, I put the whole tube inside the body to insert the medicine and now I feel sore in my cervix. Could it be that I put the medicine in the cervix? Could the sore feeling be caused by the infection or medicine.

There are a lot of perfumes selling at wallgreens now as gift boxes and I am wondering are they authentic and should I buy them or head for the mall?
