How do I make my photo attachment so that it is ABOVE my composed message, instead of below it?

I am looking to buy a moped or scooter for myself. I am a disabled 55 year old who would be using this for just getting to the nearby store and back. There are several types and different ( CCs). What should I be most concerned with. * I know - they are going to try and sell me something more expensive * I want to know what I honestly need, that's all. Any suggestions out there? Thank you.

If it continues to run, your computer might become unresponsive."**}__ The ONLY time this shows up is when I'm on Facebook. But it is 'relentless, and pops up every few minutes. I have checked to see what SCRIPTs are running on my coputer-but all it tells me is what I already know...(I.Explorer and Facebook) But I have NO idea "WHAT SCRIPT this warning is telling me about--or how to STOP it from running completely. Can Anyone please help with this. I already tried the (( stop script debugging))- that didn't help. I do not want this script running at all. How can I identify what script they are talking about so I can turn it off/

I had to reset my password on facebook. The next day It would not work. I tried several times-then was prompted for my security question, but I do not remember it..it was too long ago, I tried to contact facebook, but it just keeps going through the same thing over and over. Please- can anyone help me with this. Is there any way to actually contact a person at facebook, or in writting? I can't get through anything. I don,t want to loose my 'long standing' account.

The outside gutters are frozen/clogged/ and now water is leaking into my living room from above the window. Landlord says there is nothing he can do.

I have always recieved all notices from 'myspace' into my Yahoo mail. Now I am getting nothing from MSpace at all in my mail. What happen and how can I fix this?

My daughters PRINTER will not work with just 'black ink'. It keeps telling her she needs the other colors. Is this standard? She just bought a new black ink-because thats all she needs for her paperwork. But the printer. *a Brother* keeps calling for other colors also. ""she threw the book away-of course! This may sound like a dumb thing,but I know its caused problems before. My yahoo messenger (little window) If I drag or drop it...there are a WHOLE BUNCH of others behind it....trailing along.
