I haven't been sleeping very good lately ad currently haven't slept for 4 days. I took a nap woke up earlier and didn't know who i was or basic things like memories literally had non of them almost like a slate had been swiped clean. now it keeps happening randomly and I don't know what it is or what to do. I can't sleep

I have a 16 year old cousin who is 6'1 and 140 pounds. I didn't think he looked very strong soI asked him to start lifting weights with me. He surprised me. Keep in mind he had never lifted weights or really worked in his life and he maxed out on 170 on bench, power clean at 190 and dead lifted 350 pounds! He was also able to curl 70 pounds with one arm which I do t really put to much stock in. Those are pretty solid stats for a first time lifter and for someone who is so dang skinny. It just kinda puzzled me

I have many mental issues most relating to stress some more profound. It's a constant issue and it brings me a lot of discomfort but the one thing that helps me the most out of everything is my girl friend. When I'm having some issues she is very loving and sweat which relaxes me a lot. So why is it that she is able to help me so much
