I met this guy at work about a year ago. We became close about 3 months ago (texting daily). We implied that we liked each other but hadn't said it. He invited me to the movies one day and all seemed great. Then, he invited me over to his place a couple weeks later and I met his roommates. He REALLY seemed to like me a lot. I met him a few times after that to hang out. He would cook for me and say how beautiful, amazing, and smart I am. I believe he really did like me and he meant it. We didn't have our first kiss til maybe the 4th time we hung out. We have never had sex. The last time we hung out was 2 weeks ago. We had such a good time and he even said he wants me to meet his parents. Then, last week, he suddenly became distant. I even asked what was wrong but he insisted nothing was wrong. But I'm not stupid. He was completely different. Less emotional, doesn't ask to hang out anymore. I don't get it. Last week he said he wants us to take the next step (not physically), and then the next day, nothing. We both were very sweet to one another. I even tried backing off once and he told me good luck avoiding him. So recently, I didn't reply to his text (backing off) and he texts me the next day about something he knows I love. He still texts me daily, but it's def not the same. And I truly believe he really was interested. If he wants out, its fine. I just wish he would be straightforward.

Btw he's 29 and I'm 24 so we are WELL beyond games. Or at least I would hope so!

..and let me tell you..it brought back so many memories! They were so amazing as they played a lot of their old music!!! And I was happy about that. But, am I the only one who thinks that the band made pretty good music in their album Songs about Jane but then totally went downhill afterwards? Seriously? Like..it makes me sad that they changed their music to please the "general public" I suppose. Just to become more famous. I have been thinking about this since I went to the concert and I've been listening to their old music over and over again and can't help but miss it.

Also, regarding listening to their music over and over again after I saw them live..is that normal? I get this feeling..a sad feeling..like they're so huge and I'm so little in this world. I'm aware that it's not healthy to feel that way but I just can't help it.

Anyway, sorry for my long post. I've been slightly depressed at times because of these weird feelings. I'm thinking it's common. Thanks for any responses. Just wanted to share my thoughts with strangers. My family will just judge me!

I just took my English short story literature midterm exam. I know I did pretty darn well. Possibly got an A but maybe a high B. Anyway, I changed one of my answers LAST MINUTE..and realized after class that I had the right answer in the first place. Now it's seriouly URKING my nerves. That happens to many of you, right?

First instinct is usually right. AHH why did I change my answer =( I'm one of those people who has to have every point possible and feel like I have a slight case of OCD. Cause I know now that this will dwell on my mind for possibly another day or two. Then I'll forget til I get my exam back =(

My goodness! The new trojan vibrations commercial SERIOUSLY cracks me up. It's the bride getting married and her girls get her like 3 of them then at the end she tells her husband (this is the funny part to me) and he's like "SWEEEET!" and it sounds soooo corny!! lol So has anyone else seen it? Tell me what you think.

First of all, I'd like to ask which is better (in your opinion)...the Nokia 5230 Nuron or the Samsung Gravity T. I have both available to me I'm just a VERY undecisive person and both phones have their equal amount of good features (to me).

Secondly, I'm using the Nokia Nuron right now and I can receive texts but for some odd reason all my outgoing texts fail. And I have no idea how to fix it! I tried calling the customer service but they're closed at the moment :( I sent audio postcards and they were sent with no trouble at all but I can't seem to send a written text..any help?

Ok so I met this guy my junior year in high school (on myspace) but he lives here too and we met in person at an event a few weeks later. I've kinda had a crush on him even back then. Now we're both sophomore's in college. I saw him at a wedding Sunday night again. I see him at all the weddings (and we have a LOT every year) but I never felt the way I did after that night. I just completely fell for him.

So I decided the best thing to do was to let him know the next day because it's better than wondering what if. I was reaaally nervous but I finally told him that I like him as more than a friend and I just cant help my feelings but no matter what happens we'll always be cool and I just had to tell him. He replies that He's flattered and Im a great girl and all he's single but he's not looking for a relationship and that hopefully we can try after his surgery (he's having heart surgery late may) but not right now and that he's sorry. I kinda took it as a no, but then an open heart surgery is something huge. I just feel like we have soo much in common but I'm afraid that maybe he sees me ONLY as a friend b/c we're so cool like that and I'm not sure. Ugh. I just can't get him off my mind and I wished he liked me the same way. What do you guys think about his reply?

Well, there is this family/friend..well friend that I have from wayyyy back when we were youngsters. We were like best friends; we'd always joke and laugh together and it was just the best feeling because I was crushing on him! So like in 2008 I believe, I told him how I felt, and he said that he's glad I told him but didn't say he liked me back. He said he was with someone else...

So anyway I started dating someone else and it was a while later (few months, close to a yr) when this guy friend tells me that he has feelings for me. I just couldn't believe it but at the same time I couldn't just leave the other guy for him b/c I believe in karma and plus it was just soo sudden. The next day he tells me that he takes it back and that he's getting back with his ex and after that we haven't been so close..

That was a couple yrs ago..and he completely changed at the time like he wouldn't joke around as much and he was so serious all the time he just wasn't himself. But nowww things have changed. He's back to his joking self and on Facebook he's talking to everyone all of our mutual friends/family acting funny and happy but he won't say ONE word to me..and i have NO idea why. I just want my old friend back. Even if it means we're never gonna be together, Idc! As long as we're friends again...

Why do YOU think he's acting this way? Is it me? Him? Both? I just want an explanation that makes sense because it's eating me alive tonight :( I'm just sad..I hate losing friends. One of my friends says he like me that's why but i HIGHLY doubt that.

so frickin annoying? It's like, my night's getting worse (not that bad) but you get my point. People surrounding me are so close-minded. It's like you can't even express yourself without them getting all serious about it. Take a chill pill. Jeez.

I have no idea what it's called, but I was recently REALLY wanting to dye some of my hair a pretty bright burgundy color. It looks as if under the hair is gonna be shaded this color..what is it called when under the bangs and under the hair in the back is colored differently?

WELL, I met up with our group today and they seem to have a product in mind. The teacher said it could be something unimaginable so they wanted to sell a remote control called the SILENCER.

Basically, when you want to mute someone you'd press it and you wouldn't hear the person. Say for example if you're fighting with your boy/girl friend or that annoying friend just won't stop talking.

Now I like the idea, but it seems to have many flaws. Like, how would we know when the other person is asking a question and waiting for an answer. I'm not sure but they came up with this and I don't seem to have any better ideas. Tell me how you would help sell this product or by all means if you have a better idea please share with me.

I'm getting married in 2 days!! (NOVEMBER 7th). I had paid to have my reception at a ballroom in a hotel and I signed a contract about 2months ago that CLEARLY stated that the final price would be around $5,000 with a deposit of $1,000. Well today I went in to make sure everything was ok and TODAY they handed me a new contract that said there was an addition of over $6,000 which would bring the total to around $12,000. IS THIS POSSIBLE!! Can they just change the contract on me 2 days before my wedding??

I'm really stressing because that's too much money added for just one night. I don't understand how they could do that to me when I still have the original copy which mentions nothing about this addition. They said it's for security guards and other stuff. Is there a law where they can just change a contract like that?

I really don't know what to do? Should I go ahead and pay or is it worth fighting for. They told me I have until tomorrow by 3:00 pm. I can't cancel my wedding because I invited over 800 people and all my invitations are out already!! WHAT DO I DO? Shouldn't they have called me 2 months ago when I signed the contract? THIS is just SOOO ridiculous. Pleaaase tell me if this is possible I need some quick answers!!

Okay so this guy decides he wants to use the women's bathroom one day. While he is on the toilet he sees three buttons. One with a W, P, and TR.

He presses the first button W, which washes him with warm water. It feels really good to him and when he is done he presses the second button, P.

Then he is pampered with baby powder. He can't believe that women have it soo good in the bathroom.

Finally he decides to press the 3rd button, TP. When he presses it he screams in pain. It turns out that TP stand for tampon remover..oops!

Well...I started going to school in the fall with the mindset that I wanted to be an x-ray tech. Unfortunately, I hadn't done much research and found out that our school didn't offer that study. It was too much of a headache to switch to a tech school. So then I decided maybe nursing would be a good career choice; then I figured I don't do so well with blood and needles (feel like I want to faint!!)

After that (now) I thought maybe dental hygiene would be a pretty cool thing. But just today I realized it would be a total drag going into work everyday. Teaching has always been in the back of my mind, but unfortunately my mother doesn't think too highly of it. I'm a kid who wants her parents to be happy, also. It's very difficult.

I'm going to go for teaching regardless, I believe, because I believe it's my passion to go into a school everyday to teach younger children. I would really enjoy it. However, I would like some information about the career such as employment benefits, salary, and other things. Is it really worth it becoming a teacher? Because I always had teachers complaining about salary. I know teachers don't really make much but I don't think I would mind it much because I would love my career.

Please, for teachers out there or anyone with experience, give me your opinions. Is school hard for becoming a teacher?? I know some teachers now who are family/friends that tell me its not worth it and its not such a great field. But still I think I want to teach elementary/middle schoolers. Oh, do we get to decide the range of grade levels we'd like to teach? And does it determine how much more we make? Say, a high school teacher vs an elementary school teacher??

I actually just want to know if it's very difficult...I know it takes about one more year and all...but i dont care about that..i just wanna know if it's as hard as nursing??

And i know you have to take shots in the mouth..but i couldn't become a nurse because i get dizzy seeing a lot of blood but i figured dentist would be different...give me all information you are able to please...

Uhmm..well I've wanted hair extensions for soooo long now. I went to Sally Beauty Supply a few weeks ago and when I saw the 18" human hair extensions..I fell in love!!

I have a few concerns though. Do you have to take them out and put them in everyday?...Or if you take care of them well is it alright to keep them in? Can you wash your hair with them in? Do they thin and get damaged quickly? I want to know everything there is to know about how to take care of extensions..If its a good kind...well for example the one I'm planning to buy is $80..I'm not sure how much comes in the package though...but I was wondering if I could keep them for a couple months. I really want long hair and I want it for a while.

If you know anything...anything at all that would be helpful to me..I'd greatly appreciate it. I'm planning on getting my extensions SOON. Possibly next week. I hope to get some useful information. Oh and is it alright to color extensions? Because i want it to match my hair color..
