Hi, I'm doing a presentation on the role of different organisations in the tackling of climate change and am trying to find links to what the government has done or ideas of what they could be doing more.

Areas that I am interested in:

-Any environmental laws that have been put in place in recent years (to limit waste, increase recycling etc).

-How these laws are put in place / decided upon

-Any environmental laws that affect the workplace?

-What pressure is there on big companies to clean up their production processes?

-Why you think climate change isn't being addressed as urgently as other issues?

When training using only bodyweight exercises for mass is it better to use a split day approach like with weight training (chest/tris, back/bis, legs etc) or full body workouts??

I need to choose a project to sustain 1 year of Fine Art development and have decided on 'Impacts' as I am very interested in the earth and sustainability. I have broken the topic down into a few different areas:

-climate change

-health

-pollution

-deforestation

-weather

-litter

-social

-environment

Obviously there are many cross-overs between these areas. If anyone knows of any works or artists who produce work that relate to any of these areas that would be incredibly helpful. Also any ideas that can help me futher develop my ideas for this project would be great. Thanks!

So I'm thinking about going on a gap year before I go to university. I plan to study Chemistry with hopes of going on to do environmental engineering (or a related field). I am generally interested in conservation, reducing pollution, reducing CO2 emissions etc.

I was hoping to find work abroad or an internship abroad that relates to these areas (during my gap year) to prepare me for university and also get some hands-on experience in the field.

Preferably I would like to visit a French speaking country as I also would like to continue to study French alongside Chemistry at university.

So does anyone know of any gap years or useful websites etc that I could look for? Anything would be a real help!

I'm currently studying A levels and have started thinking about university with the only problem being I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT I WANT TO DO!

I know that I am interested in science, especially in the area of the environment. I would love a career in conservation but am also interested in researching more eco-friendly materials and helping develop ways to finds more sustainable ways of living.

This has made me unsure as the whether to study biology, chemistry, biochemistry...

Anyone who has any advice or can clue me in with any of these careers it would be much appreciated!

I dont know how it got on but every time i open Google chrome is open on the dalesearch search engine. Everytime i change it back to google it works until the next time i use my computer. Ive uninstalled dalesearch and now it keeps happening but under the name triple search but with the same logo as dalesearch had. How can i permenantly remove this from my laptop?

Im going to FLORIDAAA in 2 days and im making a playlist to blast out by the pool. Its mostly dance music or electronic. My best songs are songs like You & Me by Disclosure and I Love It - Icona Pop, stuff like that. Any more suggestions on songs that will just make my summer ? Thanks

About a month ago i just lost my backhand. I havent had an injury or anything i have just lost all timing on that shot. My coach said is may be due to changing surfaces but i dont think that is the case as i have never had this problem before. Has this happened to anyone and how can i get the timing back because i cant hit a backhand at all.

I am 16 and I am starting to take tennis more seriously. I have progressed into playing in performance squads at my tennis club but I feel that I have stopped progressing. The next thing I would like to do is to play county tennis and I was just wondering how I could go about doing this.
