The injection site on my left are is redish and swollen. I was told to put a warm compress on it. What is the purpose of it? Why warm and not cold?

I had a shot two days ago on my right upper arm. The place where the shot was is kind of swollen from the inside. It doesn't hut to a point where I cant stand it, but It does hurt similar to what a bruise would. Its like a bump on that portion of my shoulder, but again, on the inside. Again, it feels similar to a bruise that would happen if I had bumped my shoulder. Is it normal? Is the shot supposed to have been like that? I got it on Friday. 2 days ago.

I have a 4 year old Chihuahua and he is constantly peeing on the bed. We have to leave our bedroom doors closed when ever we're not using them because he has a habit of going in, even when we are home and peeing on the pillows. We punish him plenty but he continues to do so. He knows he does wrong but he doesn't seem to stop. He is trained to go outside and he does, but if he sees a door open and a mattress, he pees. It is getting very annoying and frustrating. Is there anything i can do to make him stop? I would really appreciate some feedback. Thank you!

So i have been getting these stomach pains for a few days now. They're not exactly stomach pains in the sense of others but they feel like weird cramps. I'm not on my period. From time to time it also feels like thuds. Like a kick, especially when i'm leaned back or laying down. And NO i am not pregnant. Confirmed. But that's the best way to describe the feeling. The cramp doesn't exceed a 3 in pain but it just feels like something inside of me is twisting or something. My friend said if it hurts when i eat something spicy. And to think of it i did eat Jalapenos right before one hit. But i don';t know about the other times.

I really would like to hear your opinions. Its been going on for a few days.

I need a good book to read. I really like supernatural romances, funny, drama. Anything with a good love triangle. Teen novels are good too. Please let me know of any books you guys find good enough to suggest. Thanks :)

So I read the description of this book once and forgot the name of it. It sounded kind of like that movie John Tucker must die. But it's a teen romance novel about three girls and one of the girls boyfriend breaks up with her and the other two want to play revenge or something and tell one of their friends to pretend to go with him. That's the best I got. Sorry! Does it sound familiar to anyone? Pleas help. I read it on barns and Nobel website.

I wanted to know if the update for the ipod touch (just the ipod, not the iphone) would work on my 1st generation ipod? Its the 3.0 update and if i do buy. Will the new updates (Stereo Bluetooth, landscape keyboard) work?

When i was in school there was this new guy in my class n he was acting all tough n hard... n the teacher sat him next to me.. n he leaned over n said in a whisper "ima call u bird" i looked at him in a weird way n was like "Y" he was like "because ur so damn bird-iful" LOL i started laughing SOO hard every1 started starting and he got MAJORLY EMBARRASSED... but it was good he became one of my best friend.. but nothing more..haha

I recently downloaded 2 new game applications to my itunes library. (1 was the sudoku game and 2 was the ipint.. its like ur drinking a bear but on the itouch) but when i tried to drag the 2 applications into my ipod from the app. folder it wouldn't allow me to do it. Please if anybody has an idea how i can do that please let me know. I would really appreciated. Thank You
