so I've been looking at all brands of windows notebooks. I looked at consumer reports of brand reliability and frequency of repairs, but I'm not sure how much I can rely on those.
I am looking for a laptop between14 and 16 inches with a good battery life. I don't care about weight.
I don't need a lot of hard drive space, but I would like a big system memory, How much do I need?
I also don't know what kind of processor I need?
I don't play online games or do any graphic programs, but I watch online videos.
I also need a CD rom drive, or whatever it's called :)

I forgot the password for my administrator account, so i can't update anything!! I heard that you can reset your administrator password if you run the computer in safe mode. I tried pressing enter to interrupt the normal startup, but i ended up in IBM setup mode. anyways it asked for a password but i skipped it, and then it said i could delete the administrator password. I tried that.. it didn't work. Please Help Me!!! I'm not so good w/ computers :D
