I am currently in a dispute for child support and the children's father is receiving a guaranteed draw. Can you explain exactly what this is, and how this works? If his semi weekly salary is $1041 and his semi guaranteed draw is $3125 what exactly does this mean??

I graduated with a Master's in Special Ed 19 years ago, taught one school year on a provisional certificate, and then stopped to raise my family. I never received my permanent teaching certificate. Now I am considering going back to work but I am not certified. How do I go about doing that?

I just started working at a vet and I am sweating up a storm. I'm not used to wearing scrubs, I guess but the one's we have are stiff and hot. I am looking for something very lightweight especially the top, that I can get in a ciel blue or navy blue solid. Maybe I need cotton or something because ours are half cotton half poly, and I can't stand them!!! Please help!!! I'm so hot and sweaty! lol

I am looking for a school in NY, Hudson Valley area, Rockland County or Bergen County NJ or even Westchester County, NY. I have not been able to find a school that offers a degree or certificate for this in my area. Can anyone who is a medical laboratory technician offer me some advice? Thanks.

I'm getting married in May and need a quick but pretty location for a ceremony only. Reception will be elsewhere, maybe 20 people tops. I was looking into Ringwood Manor gardens or something that would be pretty for photos ...money is an issue, we don't have it ! lol but were considering state parks or something of that nature to host a nice 1/2 hr ceremony Any really nice locations, Seven Lakes Drive , Harriman State Park or overlooking Hudson, etc.

I am planning on getting married very soon, and my boyfriend and I, who have been together for 2 1/2 years already, don't want a big ceremony. We considered going to Vegas and getting married in one of those little chapels, but want some friends and family there. Twenty people TOPS. We love the outdoors and want a nontraditional possibly outdoor short ceremony by an interfaith minister or something of that nature. Any ideas where and how in the NYmetro area that are somewhat outdoorsy or with nice view, beach, water, mountains, etc.?

I left my candle on my range top and put the oven on, causing the whole candle to melt and then harden around the wick. now the wick is stuck in the candle w/nothing showing above the wax! I do this all the time (stupid) and end up throwing it out, because i can never get it out!

I have them in a pot and they were blooming, but as the faded blooms die off they look pretty bad , just big stalks w/nothing on them. Do I pinch off the dead blooms or cut down the whole stalk?

I am new to RCI and wanted to find two kinds of things;

one is a really beautiful and romantic place I was considering the one in Barbados w/a private pool on your balcony looking over the ocean. Something like that.

Also another one is a good place for kids, i.e. a resort possibly in the carribean (Jamaica???) w/all kinds of fun stuff for kids, i.e maybe an all inclusive w/water slides. I'd love to know good places as we are new to this timeshare company. Thanks.

I am going for a week to Cali through RCI timeshare, and I wanted to find a good place to stay area wise. We want to hit hollywood definitely for the kids, (no Disney) and see the Pacific Coast highway, Maybe san fran, maybe monterey . need a hotel that has kids activities or an area that is good but nice maybe beach area w/stuff to do in the off time that we aren't driving around.

I am a former special ed teacher and would like to get certified as an aba. How do i do this? I would also like links to any schools in the NY area offering courses. Or are there courses available online? I need all the info i can get about becoming qualified to do this work.
