In my case, my company would be/is doing searches of employee owned bags brought into said company propriety. What rights do I and other employees have to protect ourselves and our privacy?

It is written in our employee handbook that it can be done, I just don't see how it can without consent, an issues warrant, or at least a 3rd party witness. Any help is appreciated.

So im persuing a job that consists of me moving in Las Vegas, somewhere near the airport, the cost of my apartment is reasonable, however I have never been there and have seen one too many movies.

Why is there a referee? He doesnt seem to be doing anything(except counting and occassionally threatening), and he is quite distractable.
