If health care becomes part of federal law wouldn't that effectively nullify any state healthcare systems as it would create a situation in which the federal government is asserting a power it believes is within its authority and as such if a power is in the federal governments authority it is denied to the state via the 10th amendment?

So I recently started taking cymbalta 60mgs daily and since then I have also become extremely fatigued to the point that I am sleeping ~10 hours a night in addition to a two hour nap in the afternoon. I am wondering if this is just a side effect for my body getting use to the medication or if it is something else that I should get checked out?

Why did it take a constitutional Amendment to ban alcohol in the United States yet the same has not been required in regards to the FDA and scheduling of drugs? are there any supreme court cases dealing with this issue and if so what are they?

Do they not understand that laws have existed before the time of the bible and will long after it has faded into obscurity?

To convince you that a new book should be added to the bible. In other words if god wanted to expand on his teachings or ideas what would it take for you to believe the person claiming to have been inspired by god?

Since a lot of people seem to think homosexuality is a choice I want to know when in their life they choose to be heterosexual and why.

I mean seriously.

I have been really happy over the past few weeks but today I just feel like nothing could be worse. I am completely down and I started to feel that way last night.

About the only thing different was not getting to talk to a friend that I normally do on Monday nights but I don't know why that would bring me crushing down so much.

Is this depression? Or something similar? I have had similar events happen in the past like this but they have never really happened more than once a year or so.
