I have fallen for my best friend but she likes someone else. Am I right to pursue her or should I stay quiet?

I love my best friend. I think we have a very good chemistry. But as in most best friend stories, she likes someone else. My best friend absolutely loves me but is not hinting for a relationship. Not to brag but I honestly think I deserve her more than anybody else. The boy she likes is a very good friend of ours but I have never seen him showing a real interest in her. It hurts when you give your best to someone still end up on the losing side. Should I still have hope and go for her or should I just step down?

I was a brilliant student until I was deviated from my path....We are a group of 4 students and always used to be in the top ranks....Then I had an internet,TV addiction and studied very less....My final exam which will decide my career is in 5 days time and I look back and feel guilty.....My friends will do their college degree in RS. 30000 ( $600) while I will end up doing the same degree in Rs. 2500000( $50000) due to my marks and that too in an inferior college....I feel that I have wasted my parents money....I dread that my other 3 friends will get admission in the same college while I will be left out as I don't have good marks....I'm depressed...Please help.

I have a problem with my Kindle Fire.......It shuts down automatically even though there is a considerable amount of battery left......Sometimes it just goes blank suddenly and shuts off even though the battery is around 65-70% left........Also when I play songs at FULL VOLUME its shuts off sudddenly.......I just hate these problems........My warrenty period is over and there are not many service centres in my area so I need a home remedy.....Thanks

My best friend recently got a girlfriend....The girl I like happens to be very close to my friend's girlfriend.....Hence my friend offered to talk to his girlfriend about this...He is saying no matter what I tell him , he is going to talk about this to his girlfriend as he wants me to be with that girl.....The girl I like talks with me everyday in my class...We are very close but I am afraid this proposal will ruin our friendship.....She tells me to shift desks in class so that I can sit and talk with her....On Valentine's day she asked for a gift...Are these signs she is giving me or just friendly gestures...I am confused and don't know what to do....plz help?

Today is my birthday and I along with 3 friends are planning to have lunch at a restaurant. One of them is insisting that we go out for dinner as he has a meeting in the afternoon. The meeting is at around 3:00 so we told him that we will finish lunch by around 2:30. He still is refusing saying that he needs to prepare for the meeting in the afternoon.He is a glutton and I assume that what he wants is food. He did not give a birthday treat to any of us on his Birthday in September.What should I do? Dinner is out of question as the rates are very high at dinner compared to lunch.

I am a16 year old boy and today I had a fight with my classmate. In school we have benches where 2 people can sit on a bench. I was sitting on his bench because I wanted to talk to his partner about a maths sum. He asked me to stand up so I politely told him to sit on other bench. He told no and forced me to stand up.
