This is a newbie question because I haven't done this before.

I am a Filipino. I am travelling from Kalibo to Manila via Cebu. I will be arriving at 1PM in Mactan-Cebu from Kalibo. My connecting flight will not be until after 5 hours.

Can I leave the airport? I plan to be productive and use the long hours to visit Cebu, Magellan's Cross and grab some tasty lechon among others.

Is it already allowed to use Filipino here?

In your opinion, sans the technology of the car or the financial ability of the team. Who would come out on top if there was a universal constructor and engine?

It is resonating around F1. Is it fair to say that he is not working hard like his teamate Fernando Alonso, in the same vein as to say that he seems to be underachieving and Alonso seems to be overachieving, or that Alonso is getting all the team attention, that the Spaniard has scored 200+ points already and the Brazilian has earned just 90 points. The gap is bigger now than last year's final tally with four more races to go.

Not that I'm suggesting anything, but for sure he's set to retire someday.

Would Red Bull get someone who can actually win a WDC in spite of what Sebastian Vettel is giving them? Or would they hunt for someone who is happy enough to be their next number two driver and not actually compete against Vettel?

Can the best engineered car driven by a decent driver alone, or the best driver in a decent car able to singly wrestle the drivers' championship?

Or should F1 expand to more and more cities (as long as there are viable locations), or should the races return to the old circuits? Would alternating venues help F1?

Of course, expansions and revisits require huge fan bases and markets.

When applying for a clearance and you apparently have a namesake, you'll have to wait for ten days before you can actually get one.

The NBI recently closed down district and regional clearance processing centers and they failed to mitigate the absence of an IT provider. They have been very slow to reopen and make available again their satellite clearance offices. Everyone needing a clearance has to go to their main office whether they live way up north or way down south. With all this mess, they should do away with having to wait for ten days and then having to go back to get the clearance.
