I don't understand why want to be alone all the time. It seems like I've always got housework, I avoid my friends, (what few I have), I avoid any social interaction if I can, and I don't understand why. I sometimes want to do things, but if i don't do the work it wont get done. my kids need clean clithes and a clean(ish) house. Theres no one else to do it and I don't feel right asking for help.

I'm in a relationship with a man I love very much, he's talking marriage, and all I can think is "I won't get to be alone. There'll be people around all the time." I also don't want to live in his house. That's HIS house, not mine.

I've been like this as long as I can remember. I never had many friends growing up, and I didn't hang with my family much. I know this cant be healthy. I think I could fix it if I could just understand WHY I'm like this. I don't want to lose a good man.

I borrowed a Briggs and Stratton max 2500 psi pressure washer. I'm having trouble getting it to start and stay running for more than a few seconds. There's a clear plastic tube that I can't figure out what it's for. There's no mention of it in the owners manual I found online and the friend from whom I borrowed it can't remember what it's for. The engine will start, lug and stall. It has a throttle but no choke, no primer bulb. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

My son was very recently (about a month ago) diagnosed with Aspergers syndrome. He struggled all year, did not make good grades and the school recommends retention. We didn't get the DX until the end of the school year so that doesn't factor into their decision. His father and I help him with enrichment work now since summer school isnt offered here. We are both tearing at our hair trying to figure out the right course of action. The Child psychiatry assoc is against it as well. So, should he stay or should he go?

I've asked this before but I didn't give enough details and the answers I got weren't very helpful. I have bad credit. I don't have credit cards, but I have many past due medical bills. I already have a checking and savings account, and I'm NOT getting further into debt so don't tell me to stop spending. I'm not. I'm trying to live within my means and I'm taking out a loan to pay off the debts and clear up my bad credit. I have looked at my credit report and I'm confused. Some accounts say potentially negative-closed. Should I go ahead and pay these? The others I plan to negotiate settlements on, but I've heard that is not a good idea. I've also heard it's better to leave the detrimental accounts alone because the debt is "re-aged." What should I do?

I've heard so many people say "god watched over me" "god is on my side" "please pray that this happens," etc you know the drill. My favorite is "thank you Jesus we won the game/match/track meet". Why doesn't god fix REAL problems? Hunger? Cancer? HIV?

I need extra income. I can't be a phone actress because I don't have and cannot afford a landline phone, but I do have Internet acess. How does one get a job doing "chat"? I have no inhibitions.

Ok these Koch financial people are running a scam. I decided (against advice) to send them $1,100 for the insurance. Like I expected after some more research, I got another email stating that I needed to "upgrade to the premium coverage" for an additional $750. I told them I would give them no more money until I had the loan. If they wanted me to upgrade, I'd do it AFTER I had the money in hand. The woman (Carrie Smith) I was speaking with said she'd "see what she could do." The next day (yesterday) she said the lender had pulled out of the loan, get this: BECAUSE I POSTED A QUESTION ON YAHOO. Apparently when one applies for a loan they have no right to free speech. So, now they say they will refund my $1,100 minus a "processing fee." I asked the amount of the fee, she said she didn't know. I'm guessing it will be somewhere in the neighborhood of $1,100. Is it legal for them to charge me a processing fee?

p.s.Don't get a cosigner either if you're dealing with them. They just want people with good credit so they can steal identities.

I've been offered a loan, but I'm concerned. I checked into the company. It has a physical, U.S. address, an A+ rating with better business bureau, no complaints on Ripoff Report, nothing with the FTC. The nothing in and of itself bothers me. The BBB lists them as being in business since the 1950's, but nowhere do I find any positive or negative testimonials. The website is in the US, been operational since 1997 I think it was, they are not affiliated with the infamous "Koch Brothers." I'm suspicious because, honestly, they are offering me credit. My credit score is terrible, but due to old medical and utility bills. I have no debt but my house, no credit cards, car payment, nothing but the house. They also want me to buy payment protection insurance. While I at first thought "advance fee loan scam" I researched and there ARE differences. It's a long standing company, they don't want me to send the money out of the country, they have a physical, verified address. I really need this loan but can't afford a scam (who can?) the PPI also sounds like good protection to have. Anyone who can give me personal insight into their legitimacy or lack thereof wound be greatly appreciated.

I'm getting a debt consolidation loan. Is it better for my credit rating to pay the full balances on what I owe or negotiate a lower price?

I have a student who is an amazing guitar player. He is graduating next week and I'm trying to find a good guitar-related gift for him. He plays electric, hard core stuff. I was thinking about a bone or horn pick but I don't know if that would be useful for him. Are they good for electric guitar? (I'm a singer man, not a guitarist;)) maybe an awesome set if strings? Any help appreciated:))

It finds my network, which has no password, but says "DHCP cannot be acquired. Please confirm connection or set it with manual operation." I tried that, using information from the website for my router, still didn't work. Any help would be appreciated.

I have a dishwasher, kitchenaid #8572291 (I think) that won't run. There is ekectricity in the panel as evidenced by a handheld voltage meter. Checked the connection. everything fine. I've only had the thing a month. The reason I say "I think" for the model number is because I tried searching it on the kitchenaid site it said "no results." I know there's a "Reset sequence" but there are so many different ones...any thoughts?

I've been a "walker" for most of my life. Ive recently been trying a "couch to 5k" program, and although I'm not much of a runner I've been enjoying it. My problem is it doesn't feel like enough exercise. Is it better to walk a long time or better to do the shorted jog/walking program?

My son (7 almost 8) was recently diagnosed with epilepsy and placed on medication. His dad and I want to get him a medic alert bracelet but we're not sure what information to put on it. I'm hesitant to put even his name, let alone mine or his dads. I worry about crazies seeing it and convincing him they know me or his dad. What would yall put on it?

I've been teaching high school choir at the same school for 3 years. My relationship with my boss has deteriorated steadily. The past school year I was having issues with some people parking in the same lot I usually did. Short story boring, I was written up for a joke parking ticket I put on some of the cars, and informed I was no longer allowed to park back there. Yesterday I went to the school to work and found personal property that had been on my desk including a textbook, a coffee mug, and a Christmas stocking my son made in kindergarten among other things, in the trash. I was informed that the principal did it, along with moving my desk. I'm very upset but don't know how to handle it. I want to confront him, but I dont want to fly off. I just dint know how to handle this. Any thoughts?

I bought a new yard-man push mower at wal mart yesterday. It was storming fine, then ran out of gas. I filled it and tried to start it, nothing. I tried priming. The primer bulb does nit seem to be pushing any fuel. I took tge air filter cover off and there is gas coming out if the hole behind the air filter. Is there an easy fix or should I take it back?

If prayer is so powerful, would you guys PLEASE start praying for an end to natural disasters, and cancer, and child abuse and all that bad stuff? I mean seriously. You want people to send up prayers for the victims, why not use your power to get rid of the PROBLEM?
