Real atheists do not hang out on Y/A for hours on end arguing with theists on something they don't believe in. How can you call yourselves atheists?

Twice in this book, mention is made of a group consisting of 144,000. In chapter 7:1ff John heard of 144,000 (12,000 each from twelve different Israelite tribes) servants of God who had been sealed on their foreheads. They were thus obviously redeemed people.

Also, the apostle saw a “great multitude, which no man can number” out of every nation. These too were redeemed individuals who had been made white in the Lamb’s blood (v. 14). They had victoriously triumphed over tribulation, and they served God continuously in his temple.

Some feel that these two groups are really the same people — just from different angles.

Again, in Revelation 14:1ff, John saw the Lamb on Mount Zion. With him were 144,000, sealed with the Father’s name upon their foreheads. This great multitude had been “purchased out of the earth,” and they were said to be the “firstfruits unto God and unto the Lamb.”

The “Jehovah’s Witnesses” have almost no concept of the distinction between the literal and the figurative language in the Bible. And so, they literalize the number 144,000 in these two contexts, and ridiculously argue that only 144,000 people will gain heaven.

What exactly is an agnostic looking for when they say they need proof? Do they want to see the Father in person? Jesus existed and did some astounding things that many witnesses confessed to, even the Jewish Pharisees and Roman soldiers. There is written record of Jesus existing outside of the bible and it lines up with the Word. Jesus said that if you have seen Him you have seen the Father. So, what do you need?

My sharp aquos 46 LED tv has a small problem. It is able to display at 1080p 24hz, but from time to time it will only display in 1080p. I have a PS3 hooked to it and thought that it was some setting it its menu but it happens watching local channels as well. I never remember having this issue until I uploaded the latest firmware, but I can't say that is the issue for sure. Please advise and thanks!!!

Is incorrect. Jesus is a roman to latin to english translation of the name of the messiah from Hebrew, yet the letter J did not exist until a few hundred years ago. The roman translation from Hebrew is Iesous. Which is not necessary for English speakers because His real name, Yahshua, translates into English fine on its own.

Do most of you "Christians" even know who's name you are invoking when you say "Jesus"? In Roman, you are saying "Hail Zeus", Je- Which means hail, and sus - which was a common designation in a name given by the romans for things they conquered to give praise to Zeus, thier main god? There is another theory on this as well, the name Jesus translated to Hebrew means "horse". Could it be this is the horse or horseman spoke of it revelation? Is it possible that every time someone prays using the name of "Jesus" they are actually calling on the horseman or men to come?

Yahshua said only by His name can you be saved. How can one be saved by name of Jesus? And don't give me that "it doesn't matter because it matters whats in your heart" crap. The Bible says otherwise. Forget about your tradition and think about this. Then your thoughts?

Between saved and elect? If not, then why does it seem impossible to get to heaven in one statement from Christ, and then in the next it seems all but easy?

If we are saved by grace alone and we are not still required to be in the LAW of God in compliment to grace, then how to do reconcile the below words of Christ?

Was he just a flake and liar who corrupted the teachings of Yeshua (Iesus or Jesus in modern day)? I am not picking sides here with this question, just an honest opinion of the guy. From what I have read he seems a little flaky. Especially when he goes on about how he would do ANYTHING to convert people. Kinda like these guys on TBN or something. Was he put in the bible as a test for people? He basically said that "Christians" are not accountable to the Law (Ten Commandments). Yeshua said he did not come to abolish the law, but to fulfill it. Meaning the sacrifice? Obviously Yeshua was the gap filler for all humans and God, but did He eradicate all of the law too? Most try to say the Sabbbath is eradicated, but if the law is void, then can someone just kill another person w/o Judgment? Is the current church system and its division proof that they have all been deceived, just as was said in the Bible?

The Antichrist will be a super-human being, a fallen and unclean "spirit ": we turn to it again in order to show that this coming Incarnation of Satan has previously been upon earth. In John 17:12 Christ termed Judas "the Son of Perdition", and 2 Thess. 2 :3 we find that the Antichrist is similarly designated- "That Man of Sin be revealed, the Son of Perdition". These are the only two places in all the Bible where his name occurs, and the fact that Judas was termed by Christ not a "son of perdition", but "the Son of Perdition", and the fact that the Man of Sin is so named prove that they are one and the same person. What other conclusion can a simple and unprejudiced reader of the Bible come to?

Jesus Himself denounced anyone calling themselves anything that supposedly exalts them over other human beings spiritually. This would include priests, cardinals, bishops, and the pope, would it not? Not sure what kind of explanation can make this acceptable, since Christ's words are pretty clear. Any explanation?

“But you, do not be called ‘Rabbi’; for One is your Teacher, the Christ, and you are all brethren. Do not call anyone on earth your father; for One is your Father, He who is in heaven.
