When were they created and for what purpose? And why do certain words need to have a bad meaning? Like what's the point?

I'm a girl in 8th grade and I was wondering how to come out ot my friends as lesbian in school. I plan on telling my two close friends. I'm a little nervous because I'm at a new school this year and I've only known these people for about 2 months but I know I can trust them. Today we were casually talking and my friends were standing by the door of the classroom while I was gathering my books. When I walked up I heard my one friend say she was bisexual and I was like omg really that's so cool. I really wanted to them but I got kinda scared. Any suggestions on how I should tell them?

Every time I flush it, the bowl fills up with water. Then it very slowly drains, and as you can imagine, everything sits at the bottom and doesn't flush. This is really frustrating and I would like to know how I could fix it

My friend is 13 and she is really depressed. She sleeps a lot and doesn't get out much and the only friends she has are online. Fyi I have never met her in real life but we Skype and text a lot. She says she sees this therapist but it doesn't help because the person is inexperienced. I tell her to tell her parents but she says "no, I'll live". I'm really concerned but also annoyed at the same time. I want her to do well but I'm also super annoyed that I'm trying everything to help her but she's doing nothing to help herself. I feel like I'm investing too much time into someone I've never even met. What should I do?

We're both 13 and we met in a group chat online over a year ago. For the first few months i really enjoyed talking to her but then she would always complain about her health issues. Like how she hurt her ankle, how her stomach hurts, how she has non stop headaches, etc. So I would give her suggestions and say that she needs to tell her parents so she can go to the doctor. She would always say no because it's not that bad. I would say well it kind of is if your having trouble eating and sleeping from it. And so basically everyday she would complain and so I final had it and stopped talking to her for a good 4 months. We're talking again now (it's been almost 2 months) because I felt bad for doing that. But of course she's complaining again. I tell her that she needs to go to the doctor and tell her parents but she keeps saying no, she'll live. And I really just want to say "well if you're saying it's not that bad and you'll live then stop complaining about it to me. I hear this crap non stop everyday and I feel like all we do is talk about your problems and not actual things that friends talk about. I'm not trying to be mean but really you just need to tell your parents and stop complaining about it to me because I've had enough." I really want to say that but I'm a nice person so I haven't. Any ideas for how I can tell her that I'm tired of this?

I'm a 13 year old and a few months ago I realized I was gay. I told one of my friends and she was very accepting so I was happy. Then I told my guy friend (at least I thought he was) and I got the exact opposite reaction I expected. He told me that I wasn't actually gay and I'm only saying it to get attention, because it's 'cool', and because I watch gay YouTubers and I want to be like them. He also said that I don't understand what it means to be gay and the whole thing really ticked me off. So now he's texting me, I'm reading but not responding, and he threatened to send our convos to my mom. He wants to get me in trouble but it's clear he's the one who's causing all this crap. I'm just worried because I don't want her to find out from some ****** ex friend of mine. I want to tell her asap but I won't be home until tomorrow and I'm not sure what to say. Any advice?

I'm a girl I'm 13 and I'm gay. I had this guy friend and I wanted to tell him. Well when I did I got the exact opposite reaction I thought I would. We got into an argument because he said I was "pretending to be gay" so I could get attention and become it was "cool" and because I see it on the internet. So anyway we kind of made up a few days later. Now today (about a week later) We were texting and I mentioned that I wanted to get my hair cut short. So he got all like "you only want to because you see other people with it" and so I told him I want to cut it because it's my decision. Then he was like "you always loved long hair now all of a sudden you want it short. Just like you being 'gay'. I know you're really not" so anyway we argued for a while over text then I finally told him that I'm done with this bs and I told him not to text me again. He then threatened to send the whole convo to my mom. I still didn't respond but now he's putting me in a really bad position. I want to tell my mom tomorrow but it would have to be over the phone. I really don't like that but it's my only option until I get home in 2 days but I feel this is something I need to tell my parents about now. Any advice how to tell my mom/what to do about the boy?

I know she will accept me, but I don't want to make it awkward and I'm not sure how to tell her. Any ideas? Also I don't want it to be too serious but I don't want her to think I'm joking.
