I am literally the worst runner ever. Ever. I don't know why, I swim competitively and I am a good swimmer, I don't get out of breath much in swimming. I also ski and play softball and soccer. Soccer, however Is really hard because you have to run, and I am the one who is literally 50 feet behind because I cannot keep up. When I run, I get nauseated sometimes, and I begin to be unable to breathe, like I am breathing in and out with deep breaths but I don't feel like I'm getting air, like I'm underwater, until I stop running! I also get so hot, and it doesn't matter if its 80 degrees out or 20, I get so hot that after I run I need to sit in front of a fan or ac for half an hour to be able to function again. It's pretty pathetic. I don't even run more than 3 miles and I get like this. So, anyway, what can I do to improve my running, I am willing to try any workout really, I just need to be able to run about three miles at a good speed in three months, until soccer starts. Thanks

I am doing a project on why Drug companies should not be allowed to advertise in the united states. I need a catchy title, and i'd like to use alliteration, I guess would be the best word for it, for my title. I want to do something that says that it is dangerous, that ends in advertisements. "dangerous advertisements" doesn't sound good. if you can't think of any, do you have any good title names I could use? thanks

I recently got Invisalign (clear dental aligners) on the top and the bottom. Cleaning it is not too bad,but brushing them leaves white residue that won't rinse away. I have effervescent denture cleaners that worked great for my retainer (which I had after stage one of braces) but now I have Invisalign and the booklet says to not put the aligners in it. I am tempted to, and how bad could it be, so should I do that, or should I try something else? I am not buying the cleaning crystals.

I was eating my yogurt and I realized that it said probiotic on the side. The thing is, the yogurt contains honey, which has antibiotic properties. I'm eating it with honey granola as well. So, is the yogurt pro or anti biotic? I'm very confused.

This kid has a lot of stuff. He has Legos, and he NEVER uses them. He says for Christmas he wants Star Wars Legos. But, I want to get him something he'll use for a long time. Preferably not a toy, but good toys are ok. I want to be known as the cool older cousin that gets him awesome gifts.

I am a 13 year old girl and I am between 160-170 lbs. I know some adults men included that are less weight than me. I exercise every day, usually at least an hour a day sometimes 2 hours a day. I swim play soccer and soft ball and I am starting jogging for 15 minutes every other day. I am also trying to eat 1,500 calories a day and I mostly eat healthy fruits and vegetables. I don't like dieting so I am trying to eat the things I love in smaller portions. All of my friends seem like twigs compared to me and they barely exercise and eat crap all the time. My doctor says I am overweight but also muscle is heavier than fat but I feel really fat sometimes. Most of my family is overweight except for like 2 people. I sleep enough and I am not depressed I have a very positive outlook on life. I've always been a little overweight. I know I shouldn't be worrying about my weight at this age but I just want to grow up healthy inside and outside. I don't want gallstones or diabetes which run in our family. Can someone give me yummy and healthy meals, exercises to cut down on belly fat or just overall tips please? I will pick a best answer.

So my sim is in her third trimester of pregnancy but this started in her second. I heard some noises that sounded pirate-ish like arr! And I looked and she was playing in the bathtub acting like a pirate like rowing a boat and stuff. Why is she doing this. Is it because she's Preggo ???

I take biotin every day, 1000mg. I use a non sulphate shampoo every day and conditioner. I rarely use heat and when I do I use heat protectant. I never brush my hair when it is wet and I rarely let my hair break. How long do you think it will take for my hair to grow 8 inches? I want it to be so I can sit on it and it is currently 21 inches, bra strap length. It is average thickness and slightly wavY.

A year ago I saw my friend put a powder in her drink that said LAX on the outside with a cvs label. It is most likely medicine, I am thinking laxative but I'm not sure. I asked her what it is and she said its lax. If I look it up online all it says is lacrosse and I know lax means lacrosse but it is obviously a medicine too.so what is lax and what is Its purpose? What could be wrong with my friends health?

They are teeny so they use like half a yard of fabric, then they destroy it and bleach it. Then they make it into shorts and put a $50 price tag on it. The normal jeans Aren't much more expensive while they use a lot more fabric. I'm sure they would make enough money even if they lowered the price by $30. Why are they so expensive?!

I have the iphone 5 and my best friend has the iPhone 4S. We want matching iphone cases that have a half a heart on each one, or best friends that line up, or something like that. I looked on amazon. I don't want to get it custom. It's expensive. Anyone know?

In the beginning of the school year, I would wake up exactly when my alarm went off, at 5:30. Now, almost at the end of the year I have realized that I often oversleep until about 6:30 which I don't like. I put my alarm clock across the room and it is loud. I never press the snooze button, but I can easily fall asleep while the alarm is still going. Should I get a louder alarm clock? I am a creature of habit, so I cannot easily go to bed earlier or I can't fall asleep. Also, is there any alarm clocks that you recommend? If so give me a link. Thank you to any genuine answerers.

My maths homework says to find the complement and supplement of each angle. I can do this with normal angles but one problem says "g°". How am I supposed to find the complement or supplement of a variable angle? I never learned this.

I uploaded a harlem shake video that my friends and I made, and it got deleted because it said the video was stolen. I tried again and it got deleted again. Is this because I didn't give credit to the owner of the harlem shake song? I also uploaded a memorial video with an Adele song in it and that didn't get deleted. Does Facebook look at every video you post? Or did somebody report it? How could I post this video without it getting deleted because I don't know who the harlem shake song belongs to?

On my biotin supplement it says to take a higher dose for adults and a lower dose for children, and I am a teen. Do I take the child or adult portion?

My nails are naturally weak and peeling. I am a nail artist so I want my nails to be healthy and strong, but I can't find a nail strengther/basecoat that actually works. I have tried OPI nail envy, and my nails are better slightly but still peeling and weak. I have tried nailtek II and it doesn't do anything. I have also tried Essie grow stronger and it is better than nailtek but still not cutting it. Is there any nail product that actually works? I paint my nails at the most once a week always with a base coat. Only my thumbs grow but the rest don't. When I first got nail envy it worked wonders and I even stopped biting my nails because of how hard and strong they were but now they are the same as they were and I occasionally bite again. Would taking vitamins help? if so what one? Please help and I thank you for all answers.

I was born with curly hair and after I turned 3 it started getting beautifully shiny and blonde and straight. I like my hair a lot but I find myself curling it a lot and loving the way it feels when it is curly. It feels so thick and volumey and I know it sounds crazy but I love taking time with hair products! I don't need any hair products and idk.. I'd just like something to add to my routine. Id like to get a perm so i could have all of these things. So heres the thing. My hair is SHINY but not greasy and not very damaged, but a little bit, and I swim every day, so will the mix of chlorine and perm solution make my hair damaged beyond belief? Will it take the beautiful shine out of my hair? I love the way light reflects off my hair when it is curly too. I don't want to cut my hair because I braid it often but I think damaged hair is ugly:( so should I get a perm or not? I was thinking of getting one about a month before school starts so new students think I have naturally curly hair when I don't >:) lol.
