Hi, my family and i have made a plan to tackle the house and clutter we own. Me and my mom have agreed to it and have stuck to it. But my dad is a different story. He says that he agrees but he hasn't even tried to do anything in the past 2 weekends. He say, "He's on Break". Well I understand that you can be on break for a couple minutes but not all day.

My mom is Pretty clean and keeps all her stuff put away. I admit that i have a lot of stuff that i need to go through and get rid of . But my dad is the worst. Im not trying to sound like a hypocrite but he has to much stuff. He has bins of books in all the storage rooms, his room, and the attic. Also boxes of pens, stacks of shirts, and piles of shoes. He literally built a rack for his shoes and now it sits in the master bedroom. A new pile is As starting beside the rack. AHHH! Also he is a handyman so he has 3 to 10 of every kind of tool there is. Its crazy. I want to help him but when i talk about it he says that he wants to get rid of it but that also he doesn't want to deal with it right now and to leave him alone.

I know he tired after the work we but im tired after school and im still cleaning. Please help me id You have parents or spouses like this. Or if you yourself have overcome you stuff and gotten rid of it tell me what you did, how you did it, and what convinced you. I just really want the House to be clean so i can invite friends over and not be embarrassed. We are no where near hoarding because stuff isn't all over the floor and we don't keep trash and stuff like that. But i mean every drawer is packed and stuff is on the tables and stuff. Also the storage room and the garage are the worst. But anyway I would Great appreciate your help. Also if you have any organizing/ de cluttering tips of your own would you please share them :)! I am doing a science fair project. So confused of what these things mean. So i amd leaving half the cookie dough on the counter, the other half in the refrigerator. Then 24 hrs later cooking both batches and seeing if the conditions the cookie dough was in before made what the final cookie looked like differ. what what are my control group, independent variable, and dependent variable. I am going to have a garage sale becaus ei have far to much stuff. This will bemaybe mid november. So i need to know what i should keep. I stil have a few little kid toys, random nicknacks, Pillows and blankets, old school stuff, stuffed animals and other things . So how many if any of what should i keep. Should i keep old school textbooks that i dont use that the school gave me. Oh by the way the garage sale is me and my parents stuff. So what cleaning and house and kitchen stuff, and clothes should my mom keep. What wallets, hats, sunglasses,watches, clothes should my dad keep. Also what tools should he keep ( he has lots, hes a handyman).What books(has1000's) should my dad keep. What is your advice on how much you keep if you own these iteams. Thanks. ANd do you think that the garage sale is a good idea. Anything i dont sell wont comebackin the house it will be given away.

I have so much stuff and its getting out of control so i have chosen to have aa garage sale. I am going to be selling a lot of stuff. So I have many questions. I would like someone to try and answer them all for me thanks :) I appreciate a good detialed answer but anything you know or have experience with, tell me about it. Ok so first of all how do you part with stuff that you know you dont need but want to keep. I have this problem( I get it from my dad haha) so i need to know how. If i was being honest then i would say that I am spolied. I am the "child"(teen) of the family ( main family and other ( cousins,aunt,uncle etc.)) and everyone spoils me. Thats the truth so over the years i have collected a lot of stuff and i want to be responsible and get rid of some of it. Also for what i do keep, I need to know how to organize it. Can you tell me how to organize books, Make up, Jewelry, stuffed animals, barbies ( in box, i collect them, dont judge), clothes, extra blankets, art stuff ( pencils,pens, craft kits), Electronics ( wii games, dvd's), ordamentsand decrative holiday buildings ( my grandma helps me collct them ), extra childish stuff ( that i dont need, help me try and get rid of it, it just has memories). Thanks you guys. Please dont tell me that i am spioled I know i am and am trying to stop it so please dont call me spolied. I know it and am stopping the situation. And it just keeps building up so i need to know how to remove hairspray from multiple places/ surfaces. Ok can you tell me how to remove it from a wooden door, a plastic bin, multiple book covers, carpet,mirror, a painted wall, painted wooden door frame, and a non granite counter top, porcelain-like light bulb covers,Metaltel door nob and hinges, and a glass picture. If you have removed hairspray from these objects tell me how please :). thanks. I am just sick having sticky, hairy crap everywhere in the bathroom. I have been wanting a new puppy ( perferably a dachshund) for monthes. We saw an ad in the newspaper for a 150$ dachshunds female and i call the owner and i have her adress. I have no money and my mom doesnt want to spend any money. A month ago my grandma said she would buy me a important thing that was 150$ dollars but i decided not to get it because i felt bad having her pay for it. now this puppy happens to be 150$ and is their a way i could ask her for 150$ without sounding greedy. I want this puppy so bad and i would clean my grandma's house for them and pay it off. she would understand and might give it to me but i feel bad. Would it also be weird to call the owner of this pupy and make some sort of deal where i give the owner my old bike and like 80$ or something. I just want this puppy SO bad. It has red/copper short hair and its a standerd. Is their a way to convice my parents intop helping my buy it. Please help me i want it SOO BAD !

I have grown out my nails for the first time in my life. I had a horrible nail biting problem and now its under control. I put on a base coat and then Sally Hansen Hard as Nails yesterday. From the root of my nail its about 1 1/2 centimerets long. Its my pointer finger. This is the first time my nails have ever broke because this is the first time they are long enough to break. Its actually just hangin on by the side of it. Should i keep it on or rip it off? About 1/2 a centimeter is hangin off. Should i band-aid it back together or rip it off? Is it normal for them to break? Im really mad cause i have put so much effort in to growing out my nails. Will it grom its self back together if i band-aid it? Please help me !! Im scared its gonna hurt if i rip it off!! ahhhhhh :(

Do you have a reason? Do use one or the other for a certain look (ea: the cat eye) ect..

I was just wondering. Do you have a reason as to why you do it? I have the space to do either or both. What should i do? Is their a good reason to do one or the other?Do they wrinkle if they are folded?
