Three weeks ago I sprained my ankle pretty bad, I still feel it but its not rally painful anymore. I do have a pooping sound still but I always have since I was kid because I ve sprained both ankles so many times. Anyways we re hiking for a couple days in the mountains. How should I approach this? So in 2009 my friend went on a date, and he disappeared for 2 weeks. Out of no where he shows up at his place with this girl, and starts packing up saying he is moving in with her. I'm new to lifting, been consistent for 1 month and I'm gonna start an upper/lower split routine next Monday, I'll be doing Romanian deadlifts once a week on one of my lower days. I asked my buddy what his deadlift is and he told me that he never does them because they are pointless and only damage three body long term. Is he right? So growing up, my last two years of high school I experimented with drugs. I did cocaine twice, ecstasy twice, mushrooms once, and marijuana a few times. I also drank a few times and got busted at a home coming party causing an mip charge. All before 18, except the second tine I tried ecstasy, I was 19. Last tine I did marijuana I was 20. I'm 24 now, and will be finished with a degree at age 26 hopefully. I'm very straight edge now, but can't erase my past, and refuse to lie about it. Will the prevent me from becoming a leo, its all I want to do, I really want to be a role model, and help the weak, and catch bad people. So I am broke, just spent my last pennies on some soup, bread, and oats. However, God has blessed me a Savage 22, plenty of 22lr ammunition, a small games license, a full tank of gas, and the weekend off. I really need to get some protein. Saturday I am didicating to a squirrel honey hole of mine, ill most likely bag out. I'm just curious what others would bring with them on a solo thru home of the Colorado trail. Its a 4 to 6 week long trek. Please list the gear you'd take.

So I've been doing lp for about 6 years, and am no longer echoed about it. The pay is just too low and I'm just tired of almost getting stabbed lol I've always been interested in oil field jobs, and have been very passionate about switching to a career that's physically demanding in an outdoor setting. I prefer to stay here in Colorado, but if the pay is right, I'm not opposed to working out of state. Does anyone know of any companies hiring? Any tips or advice? How should I prepare myself mentally, and physically if I move forward with this career change?

So I took an extra strength 5 hour, and now I feel really anxious and a little bit tingly. I also drank last night. I have had quite a bit of water today so I'm not really dehydrated, but I haven't eaten anything yet. Am I overdosing on the 5 hour?
