Most of these are really great for you. Remember to eat your 3 servings of veggies & 2 servings of fruit every day thats about the size of your palm per serving. Nuts & seeds are allowed but only 10 per serving (I say "why bother!) & the meats & dairy are 2 servings a day still about the palm of your hand. We are all different sizes so your palm will tell you how much to eat. Drinking any non sugar drink is ok But if you are having kidney failure (Like myself) then you will be limited to only clear liquids, no black drinks like colas, or dark tea or strong coffees. and only 1 quart per day of anything that can liquify! NO fried foods and you should limit the egg yokes to 2 a week (the egg whites are a pure protein eat all you can.
