Most of these are really great for you.

Remember to eat your 3 servings of veggies & 2 servings of fruit every day thats about the size of your palm per serving.

Nuts & seeds are allowed but only 10 per serving (I say "why bother!) & the meats & dairy are 2 servings a day still about the palm of your hand.

We are all different sizes so your palm will tell you how much to eat.

Drinking any non sugar drink is ok But if you are having kidney failure (Like myself) then you will be limited to only clear liquids, no black drinks like colas, or dark tea or strong coffees. and only 1 quart per day of anything that can liquify!

NO fried foods and you should limit the egg yokes to 2 a week (the egg whites are a pure protein eat all you can. (I eat scrambled egg whites with no yokes)

Home made soups are great but no canned ones they have way to much salt & fat added.

Good Luck sounds like you are on the right track.

I'm a 45 year old woman and was recently diagnosed as being a borderline diabetic. My doctor prescribed some medication, but before filling it I decided to do some research on the internet which led me to the methods. After reading this ebook and applying the methods, my scepticism turned to 100% belief. I noticed that my energy levels increased significantly and I felt more rested in the morning, my symptoms started going away.

I am very happy to tell you that I have been feeling better than I have felt in years and my doctor informed me that he will be taking me off my prescriptions if I keep this up.

I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

All diabetics process food differently. My numbers are high if I eat pineapples and both types of corn. Yams and sweet potatoes I have no problem with. I agree with others, watch carbs and that would mean look at label on graham crackers and melba toast.

Like any foods if you eat them in the proper way and don't overeat I see that all these foods listed would be ok for a diabetic to eat. And with proper exersice to burn the calories. so the lvl of sugar is maintained.

Avoid sugar and high amounts of carbohydrates. Eat balanced meals at regular times. Whole grain carbs are good. Losing weight helps control diabetes.

Watch your carb & starches. So, I would say stay away from the sweet potatos, yams, pastas, the corns (especially creamed) and graham crackers. I eat mixed nuts constantly! I have also found, for me, that raspberries & blueberries keep my sugars down, as does grapefruit. It rises a little with canteloupe. The rule should be that whatever you eat have more protein than sugar. Good luck
