The girl across the "hall" from me is always staring over here. I don't know why she does this, but how can I stop her from doing it, without offending her? It is really starting to bug me - I can't work like this!

just give her an awkward "what the hell are you staring at" wave. she'll get the point.
or stack up all the office staplers in front of you and create an impenetrable fortress of lead.

Would you be allowed to place a plant on your desk maybe? A fern or something could block her view of you.
Or if you have enough room you could put a larger plant in a nice basket on the floor, again creating a barrier between her and you.
If a live plant isn't practical, you can get some pretty nice ones in "silk". I've done well finding these at garage sales for just a few dollars.

u cant stop anyone from looking everyone has eyes but u can go up tp her and ask whats the problem and if she likes u she will say it let her know ur trying to work and her staring at u id=s bothering u and ifshe dont stop aske the boss can he or she move u someone else or can they move the girl that keeps looking at u

I would just politely go over there and ask her if there is something that she would like to talk about because you notice her staring at you. Explain to her that you don't want to be mean or hurtful but it makes you very uncomfortable when she keeps staring at you.
