I was thinking of a remake of Streets of San Francisco with Michael Douglas playing the role of Lt Stone (Karl Malden's role) and Mark Wahlberg playing the role Michael Douglas played. It was a great show and I think it could be a good movie as well.

I suspect there are no sites to submit ideas to studios. If you find one it is probably not trustworthy anyway. Studios are very selective about who they even accept scripts from. You can almost forget about the script even being read by someone who counts.
