Why when I want to add Yahoo Music I cannot contact some one real to correct credit info 24/7?

Why I cannot correct error with my Yahoo credit info to get Yahoo music? I have been on phone & disconnected 5 times internet chat and talked to people however if I want to spend money why is Yahoo closed at 6 pm pacific time?

I spend over 1,896 yearly please some yahoo person contact me as to why I will not disconnect DSL, 2 cingular phones and my land line. I am upset with seeming lack of care reguarding me wanting to spend more money?

This has handed off to me too! yet then, i don't think of this is Yahoo to be blamed!!! perhaps someone, no longer familiar with the hot Yahoo regulations, idea he/she might want to view my 'inner most' Q/As in basic terms by technique of being my fan!
