Most girls I am with, think I am a really friendly guy, kind of cute, and very outgoing, the problem is that I do not have time, I have a lot of work and a lot of friends, so, a girl might find me cute but sometimes I never see her again. Any ideas?

Time is made by putting the value and importance in something or someone.
So obviously you better forget her, cuz she needs the attention she deserves, and not from a guy like yourself.

u have lot of friends so u can make ur best friends time friends that u know from ever and care about u u can make there time with u to be with the new girl that she think ur cute , or work less .

maybe you have to want to sacrifice some time to hang out with her. if you have alot of friends you put the effort for that. but some people only have a bf/gf and no other friends...because they have no time. you have to devote time..you cannot be given more...soo true..i wish i had more time myself...and its now Jan 1 2007 already....time flies..
