Yahoo ID stolen or a glitch?

I'm the person who got the 100% vote ('cause I voted for myself) out of the two of us who replied. Then this "third" person was chosen by asker as Best Answer, yet there is no text in the answer and the ID shows no name. Worse yet, when you click on the avatar, you get my profile. When I tried to report the "person", the abuser shows up as "mnm313," and when you click that ID, you also get my profile. Needless to say, I got an "Oops," 'cause apparantly I can't report "myself." What's going on?
I checked out the similar questions that came up when I entered in my question, but the answers didn't seem helpful. If you direct me somewhere, can you please provide a link? Also, I know about phishing and I haven't clicked on any emailed links except those that announce I got a Best Answer. I don't understand this.
Yahzmin, you're right. I did get the points for Best Answer. You're also right that when I go to your problem question, the phantom avatar links to me. If I click on the flag to report the phantom person, the "abuser" is listed as you ("yahzmin"), but the link goes to me.
This made me realize that MY phantom person shows up with the ID of the other answerer, who DIDN'T win the vote. This is really screwy.
