Case Study... What would you do if...?
Ok... This is kind of like the woman who dialed 911 because she wanted to give a deputy (who had just left her house moments earlier) her phone number. For those who have no idea what I'm talking about, here is the link to the article:

Here is the story/question I need an answer to...
A woman is pulled over for speeding. She is released with a warning. The next day, while driving down the same road, she is pulled over for speeding again by the same officer. She informs the officer (a male) that she was speeding on purpose because she wanted him to pull her over so she could see him again and ask him out on a date.
1. Can (or should) the police officer charge the woman with reckless driving? If so, do you think the charge will hold up in a court of law?
2. What other citations/charges can the woman incur for her actions?
2. If you were the police officer, what course of action would you take?
Thanks...
T.
(lol-lol) You all are cute...
Ok... yes... lets say the woman is "hot" or "beautiful"...
And ladies... you can answer this too... just reverse the roles. You are the police officer and some "hot" guy told you he was speeding on purpose because he wants to ask you out. What do you do?
:)
The offender is going over the speed limit (lets say 15+ or 20+) because she is trying to get pulled over. She's speeding with the intent to get a date!
