Actually he is a domestic medium haired cat. That's a general term for "mixed lineage". But if you are looking for specific breeds that might be in his lineage, judging by his color I would venture to say Turkish Van and judging by his size and overall conformation I would say either Norwegian Forest Cat or Maine Coon....Show more

Yep, domestic longhair. I've had a few in the past, and have one now. Mine's all black, and her name is Esmeralda. The local SPCA named her, and it fit.
