My cat got her shots today ..?
My cat got her 3 year rabies shot & a parvo shot today, and now shes just laying around. I don't know if shes having a reacction? or .. maybe shes just sore. I'm really worried, is she okay?!

They get sick just like kids who get shots. It just happens she will be fine soon just dont worry about it and give her lots of attention.

It's not unusual for cats and dogs to want to sleep all day after a full regime of vaccinations. Just keep an eye on your cat and get her to the vet if you see any signs of fever or disorientation.

Lethargy after vaccinations is very common. If she is breathing okay (not rapid, or drooling) and is drinking & eating, she is probably going to be okay. Not everyone has access to a Vet on weekends, so just keep a close watch on her.

after they receive there vaccines they are usually tired. but if by tomorrow she is not acting her usual, or if she doesnt eat or drink call the vet
