Bifrontal Craniotomy and Repair ...?
My 13-yr old son is having this surgery with a lumbar drain. Has anyone else been through anything like this, or do you know anyone else who has, and could you offer any insight on the procedure and recovery.

most impt thing is no infection and appropriate repari of meninges so no leak of CSF and potential infection afterwards in the long term. Also impt is that frontal lobes dont get knocked about too much or long term emotional change is possible. At 13 he will most likely do v well.
