how to get rid of bed bug infestation?

its a big problem in dubai..where people live close to each other..please tell me if u know any method to eradicate them permanently

First, wash the sheets in hot water. Then lift the mattress from the frame & clean the mattress & box spring (vacuum, & spray with disinfectant). Spray the perimeter of your room & any cracks with bug spray.
