What can you do when a wrong answer is voted best?

There's a question with a bunch of answers and this is not a question that has an answer that's arguable, it's either correct or it's not. Some answers are correct, some are incorrect. One of the incorrect answers gets voted best answer. What can you do?

I don't mean when the asker picks an incorrect answer, I mean when it goes to a vote and an incorrect answer is voted best...

ok, let me explain again... example;

The question is; How much is 1 + 1?

You answer; "2"

Someone else answers; "3"

It goes to a vote and "3" wins it.

My question now is; What can you do except be frustrated?

Vote for the right one. Or pick it yourself, and stop being lazy (if you are asker).

I know what you mean. I've only been here for a little while and seen that happening once with one of my replies. I guess what Pahukata suggests is the only way you can react on it.
I didn't in my case since the other reply was not actually a reply as such. And I can't really can't be bothered that much by it. There are strange people all around Internet and I have better things to worry about. :)

Edit: in the situation Willeke is describing: if that person actually copied a part of another's reply then it could agaisnt the rules of conduct and you can send a report. I'm not sure if you can add an explanation when you report somebody though. Edit 2: ok, just checked and when you report it as an illegal reply you can add your comments to your action.

That's happend to me before. I forgot to get to the Q in time, it went into voting, and the most stupidest A got best answer. I was sooooo mad. There's nothing you can do, besides you can go to the Q and under the best answer there you can comment and say that you hated the answer that got picked best. Best thing you can do. Hope I helped.

that is possibly because of the fact the asker forgets or would not hassle to %. the superb answer. i think of a few human beings return and look at questions that they have replied and in the event that they are "In vote casting" they vote for his or her answer. If no person else votes for a distinctive answer then they're going to win superb answer by ability of default. This possibly explains why specifically circumstances dumb, undesirable or incorrect replies are picked as "superb answer". i do no longer possibly care if my answer is chosen as superb. yet as quickly as I take it slow to sort out a severe, good answer to somebody's question that is nice to get a minimum of a 'thank you' while the decide on the superb answer. as quickly as I %. a superb answer to a question I ask i attempt to thank the different clientele who gave stable solutions (and chastise ones that provide stupid or insensitive solutions)

I try my best not to let my questions go to a vote. Once I did I got a lot of really good answers from most of my contacts and I just could'nt decide....
